Received the wrong item

Rustic Kitchen and Bath made it right after returning a damaged 36" wall mounted range hood from Lowes three times. I appricate Sophie for taking the time to hear my concerns and Alex from Zline. I will use Rustic Kitchen and Bath in the future and recommend them. Thank you

The Sales Person at the Reno Showroom was well informed about the Zline Stoves I was interested in.
Sofie even suggested I wait a couple Days to Benefit from some Holiday Pricing. She was very helpful with all aspects of the Sale and followed through up to Delivery when I was so pleased to get my Order.

I needed a well built kitchen sink faucet that would hold up to everyday use in an assisted living facility kitchen! When this facility opened up under new ownership I installed a Kohler commercial style faucet, it lasted 3 years.
I looked for a faucet to replace it, after a lot of research I decided upon this faucet.
After installing it I wasn’t disappointed, I believe it’s going to hold up to my expectations based upon the quality I seen in your product.

Ordered some samples to compare the colors but the samples weren’t labeled so I don’t know which is which. Kind of defeats the whole purpose. Also one of the samples has a chipped corner that is very sharp.

The vent hood is beautiful... but I am still waiting for return instructions for the first hood I purchased. I have noticed that the description now includes "this is not a white vent hood"... so hopefully someone else will not make the same mistake
