Ok for the negative part of review: shipping took longer then expected. Tracking it was rather a joke.
The plus: I got 2 Christmas long sleeve shirts and they were amazing. True to size, bright colors and very soft. One i got is the really cute reindeer with bright colors and ornaments on antlers. Etc. It was often on fb as an ad for them. In works buy from them for sure but only when not " arrival date dependent 😉

6 week delivery time, oddly shaped and material is cheap. Not impressed.

I like the sweaters but colors seem a little washed out compared to website.
True to size and lighter weight.
It took over 3 weeks to arrive and missed xmas.

Ordered 2 products as gifts months ago. Have been in contact with company well after the product should have arrived. They then told me to wait another 2-3 weeks until a particular date (they've never given me a ship date or tracking #) and that date came and went weeks ago. Rutave has been unprofessional in their dealings and I questioned whether they were a scam. After reading through their numerous reviews elsewhere it appears my suspicions were pretty on target.

Customer service is top notch the sweaters are BEAUTIFUL!!! My 2nd time ordering and will be doing so again!

Good clothing but shipping needs improvement

I became concerned because It took a few weeks to arrive but the quality of the clothing is very very good. I was surprised how nice the materials and workmanship is. Nice clothes!

Like the sweaters....tracking wasn't helpful, but that's USPS.

It doesnt even deserve a star. This company is a scam. It took almost a month to get my order. Items are not made in South Carolina but actually in China. They are cheap looking and very poor quality. I emailed them the next day after receiving my items and they offered me a $40 refund and keep.
the items. I said I wanted a full refund and return them. They then offered me $60. I dont want these items but you cant just send them back without their authorization. Do not be fooled. The images on the clothes are just printed on them. Total junk

Good deal nice sweaters. A little thinner than expected, but nice I like them.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, still waiting for it to be shipped.
Wrote to customer service asking to be refunded and they replied "just refuse delivery". Can't do that with USPS. Sent them a screenshot of the USPS site saying it had not been received.

Purchased a sweater and a lounge set. The knit was very soft and silky. Not at all itchy. Purchased for my teenage niece, they liked the geometric pattern and the herringbone. Nice gift.

I live in South Carolina, so not sure why my package shipped from California? I ordered the item 11/29 and it arrived 12/16. Feel took longer than average to arrive.
I got the Khaki Long Sleeve Print Sweater. My measurements are 41-31-42, I'm 6'2". I usually wear a large or XL, depending on how I want the item to fit. The sweater fit perfectly, was very happy with the item and the sleeves were extra long (which I love as I am tall). I would buy again. Fits true to size. The sweater is soft only slightly itchy (I have super sensitive skin) Wore without an undershirt and was fine.

Claims to be a company in SC selling US Made goods. Ships clothing from China. Clothes looked similar but not the same as what ordered. Don't waste your money on this scam!

Ordered a sweater that I love! Had a question about my order and I emailed them and they got right back to me. Took a little longer than I hoped to arrive but that is to be expected this time of year! Very happy with my purchase and good customer service.

Customer service has been phenomenal! They contacted me about a couple items in my order that were delayed. They refunded me my $ right away and sent the rest of my order asap. The sweaters are amazing! The quality was way above my expectations. They were prompt handling my returns too. I've recommended Rutave to all my friends and family. I will definitely be purchasing more clothes from them in the future 😊
