Dishonest company. I highly suspect products are made in America as they claim. If you search the web, you'll see many bad reviews, yet, Rutave's site/sources go on and on about how perfect they are.

They charged my card and listed the product as Shipping Label Created, yet... it never shipped. I've read it can take months.

I think they just want to hold your money until you get tired of waiting and reverse charges through your credit card company.

Customer service is essentially non existent.

Again, highly suspect this is not a company based in the USA.

First, they only ask you to review if you say you're happy. Order took 2 months to arrive, was told to "be more patient" after 2 weeks of "shipment waiting for USPS to pick up", they were very unhelpful in helping decrease delays. Color did not match website on the pink cardigan.

the shirts are really beautiful but run a little small. I was a bit disappointed that the size wasn't to standard.

The order took longer than I expected it might to ship and shipping seemed to be quite long (was almost a full month from time I ordered to time delivered), the updates were scarce or non-existent, but the customer service was awesome everything I emailed and asked about it. They were kind and generously offered to refund me if I wasn't happy with the length of time it was taking. When my sweaters arrived, I was happy with them. They were good quality, fit me although I was expecting them to fit looser, so I'd have to say they run true to size but if you want the baggy fit you see in the photos, order much larger size than your normal size. Overall, I'm happy and plan to order again. And I appreciate the customer service team tolerating my weekly emails checking in on the status of my order.

This is NOT an American company! They state that items are manufactured and shipped out of South Carolina - they are not. Ordered 3 shirts (looked like sweaters in pictures) that all looked classy and elegant in the photos. Got the items and they look like something not even Walmart's would sell. Wrote to get a refund on a $105 charge and they offered me $15, then $36 and then $53 - stating that was the most they could offer as items would have to be shipped back to Dubai! That is not in South Carolina. Ended up having to go to my credit card to dispute the charge.

They also say that they offer free shipping over a certain amount - well that is only if your address is in a major city. Tried first to order it shipped to my home (about 60 miles from Atlanta) and they wanted to charge me $25 shipping. Changed the address to my work in Atlanta and got the free shipping.

This site is a total scam and ripoff. Do not waste your time or money

I just received my order, and the quality of the sweaters are outstanding. They’re thick and they feel really soft. They do run a little big so I would suggest getting a size smaller than what you typically wear.

The material for all the clothing I got is like nylon rather than cotton. The length if the shirts are shorter than I thought they would be.

The sweaters are BEAUTIFUL - the sizing was 100% accurate - they fit perfectly - They arrived AMAZINGLY packaged !!! SO HAPPY !!!!! :-)

I ordered three sweaters.. they are true to size and look..love the mock neck the best!

The clothing I received is good quality. What looks like heavy knitting really is in real life (no internet scam). The long cardigan's thick stitching is brown in the photo but red in the one I received, but other than that, it's very nice.

Just received 2 sweaters, a month after ordering. I wanted to return them, as they were very small, and didn't smell great. Got a return email from customer service offering me $12 "compensation", and saying I could keep the items. So bizarre. I don't recommend ordering from this company.

The company itself was good and delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately the Post Office delivered it to the wrong house and it was a few days before my neighbor let me know it was here.

Horrible. Ordered 5 items 2 were okay below par for price. Tried to email customer service for numerous issues they refused to take items back. They failed to credit me a 15 percent off dscount that the site would not apply to original order and would not take the 3 items that the quality was horrible
not even close to as described. They apparently do not take returns i even offered to try other items similar to the two I did keep.
