The therapist (Amandeep) was excellent and very professional. She did a great job with my eyebrows and will definitely use her again.

Christo kept us informed of his arrival time. He was efficient and neat, as well as giving a great massage. Would book again.

My first spray tan but deffo not the last!! I got so many compliments, and it looked very natural. I also appreciated that even though the girl I had booked with couldn’t make it anymore, they were quick with finding an alternative. And Eleni was nothing short of amazing!!! xx

Just awful
Appointment cancelled two hours as they were unable to find a therapist.
This caused immense problems for me , had to forgo the manicure for an important dinner.
My fees which was collected immediately I made the appointment hasn’t been refunded as yet .
This is unacceptable as someone may not have enough funds for alternative arrangements
An ‘Sorry ‘ just is good enough .
I won’t trust this app anymore.

Laurie was very good once she had arrived. Booked her from 8am but she did not arrive till 8.45 and I had to leave around 9.15/ 9.20. So the experience was very rushed and really spoiled what could have been a pleasant experience. However she was skilled and charming and completed hair and makeup quickly and competently. Unfortunately, in the rush to gather up things when leaving, she inadvertently took my wired ear pods!

I have had two messages now. First one forgot what I booked so was a little disjointed at the beginning, but the second was perfect. The customer service team have been super helpful too. I have recommended Ruby to friends and will continue to!

Artist arrived early, finished on time and my mum looked absolutely beautiful.

Very convenient and professional service, everything was well organised and staff were lovely. However the biab has lifted after only 5 days, so lower score because of this. Staff were also not clear on what the booking included or did not include like polish.

A new experience, massage with headphones. Relaxation on another level.

Despite the fact that they have cancelled me previously and are often late , they are totally inflexible if you have booked the time and want to change it, even a few minutes after booking. Very rude customer service. I simply can't use this app again.

Had a great experience with an exceptional therapist who delivered an amazing massage. She was fully prepared everything went smoothly and it was so convenient to have it done at my home. Highly recommended!

The brushing was so good and it lasted especially in dubai humid weather. However, i think it s a bit overpriced for brushing services.
