Ruuby is fantastic. It’s my go to for any beauty treatment!

I’ve absolutely loved using Ruuby. Every treatment I’ve had, the therapist has showed up early, never late, and they’ve all been equally skilled/qualified. You don’t have to book in advance and there’s lots of options for those that work late.

Great app and experience. Was so convenient having a therapist come to me, especially with a baby at home. Will definitely use again!

Found out about the company via a hotel which didn't have a spa. Best thing ever.

1. The online booking system and app are a little clunky, e.g. you cannot find out the availability of a specific therapist but have to trawl through days and hours to see who is available at each and every single time, which is very inefficient and time-consuming. There is great back-up from concierges you can email/phone, though they are easily confused by emails and so it is better to speak to one on the telephone.

2. Not all the therapists are great but that is not entirely the fault of Ruuby. Generally speaking, the therapists marked "Elite" are good. We have found a superb masseuse who the entire family now use weekly.

3. We learnt that Ruuby therapists are treated better than those working in spas, which is only proper. A happy therapist gives good service.

4. There is less choice in certain therapies, e.g. reflexology

5. You can only contact your therapist through the Ruuby app or the concierge, which is somewhat annoying when it is for a little issue (e.g. to bring a certain product to a session) or a social one (e.g. to alert the therapist to a special offer for an item they use)

6. You do pay a premium for someone to come to your home to provide a service, but for some treatments, this is very useful, particularly for massages/facials when you look a mess after the session!

My experience with Ruuby was seamless and my make up artist did a wonderful job!! She was on time and very professional. I will use Ruuby again as soon as I need it!

I booked a massage with a 5 star rated therapist , and she was amazing , she lived up to her rating she was intuitive and tailored the hour around my needs. The app is easy to use and there is an immediate response to any questions you have. Effortless. Professional and value for money in your own home.

Love using Ruuby! Super convenient to have treatments at home, saves so much time! Especially with spray tans so you don’t have to worry about the awkward journey home, you’re already there! Therapists are friendly and professional and I’d recommend to anyone!

I use Ruuby very regularly for my nails and recently also used them for a blow dry. They are absolutely fantastic. Customer service is top notch and their staff are wonderful!

I’ve used Ruuby app twice now and both times the beauticians were super friendly and I was very happy with my treatments. Would definitely recommend as it is so convenient having someone come to your house. Will be booking again soon!

I use Ruuby everytime I visit London. When coming off a long flight their massage service is late night and everyone I have used was exceptional. On glam nights out their hair and make up crew are fantastic! Especially Natasha - just wow!!! Such talent. The service is so personable and if you chat with their concierge they will make whatever you need work! Love Love Love !! Other sites have canceled on me last minute but Ruuby never lets me down.

RUUBY therapists & customer service team are brilliant. I recently had a mani / pedi before a trip, Jasmine was so lovely and really took the time to do my nails perfectly & find the best colours. I’ve recommended Ruuby to so many friends as it’s so convenient to fit around your schedule at home.

I booked a back massage through Ruuby and it was the best massage I’ve had in years. The therapist was exceptional, and went above and beyond to understand my stress areas and relieve them. I cannot wait to book again - I feel I’ve finally found the perfect therapist!

I think Ruuby is great, I have used for years for nails and tanning. I would definitely recommend, it is so convenient especially having young children as they come to you.
