Fast delivery and product was exactly what I ordered and needed.

Order a lp tank valve, was never shipped, , did get money back, was very disappointed in the way they ,told me it was shipped, and it was not

The parts person was amazing. He knew his stuff, very polite and friendly. I will definitely order again when the time comes I need more parts.

I cancelled my order prior to shipping and still received the order.I Contacted the company to return and I was told i had to pay the shipping return as this was a special order. I dont understand how this is a special order as the item is on the website. I would a resolution for this by providing a return label free as a return costs 13 dollars.

Came in two separate packages however the product was an exact match. As a Senior Logistician I seriously would evaluate your shipping process!!

Very timely delivery with all thats going on in the world the shipping was. A little high but i know its not rv part shops fault for good job too your whole team and keep up the great work.

Showed 7 units in stock of the item I purchased, 3 days later, after charging my card for the purchase, you guys told me it was out of stock.

The year is 2022. Inventory should be updated instantly, with negative levels if an item(s) is back ordered.

part is very easily bent
it was shipped in bubble wrap only no box therefore arrived bent almost double
very poor packaging and shipping

I called Carefree of Colorado to source a part and had the worst customer service experience of my life. They couldn't be bothered to look it up, wanted me to climb a ladder to get a serial number. I called a nice fellow at RV Part Shop USA and ordered exactly what I needed within two minutes, which in turn arrived at my door two days later. RV Part Shop is my new go-to resource and I'm telling all my RV friends the same. Two thumbs up!
