Difficult to cancel.
Once you are with these people it seems almost impossible to cancel them.
Also, they send emails to say an order has been approved when it hasnt, and items are in transit when they are not.
Very difficult to cancel items you dont need every month and I end up with far too much medication! Far less stressful companies to get medication from.

To make things easier, you can reply directly to your confirmation email to remove items you no longer require, or simply place an order when you need medication and we’ll deliver just that. This way, you stay in full control without unwanted deliveries.

Brilliant friendly chat service on the app, answered my questions very quickly & dispatched my medication very quickly for next day delivery by Royal Mail tracked. Cannot fault this company in anyway. I had them to me & would certainly recommend.

Bizarre, awful experience - please avoid!
I tried the Aviva Digital GP service, which was rubbish. Somehow, in the setup process, RXLive became my pharmacy for my NHS repeat prescriptions. I tried phoning RXLive, nobody answered, so I left a message and sent emails. I received unhelpful, snappy, passive-aggresive responses. I would avoid this company like the plague

Truly caring pharmacy, brilliant service, very kind and very helpful staff
I always have a great experience requesting medication through this pharmacy. The staff is always very kind and helpful. They really care about their patients and clients. My GP is terrible with prescriptions and many times they have go beyond their job and they do go way beyond and I am very grateful to them for helping me so much always. They delivery and it usually arrives quickly and even faster if I ask for urgent medication like when I run out or close to it. Brilliant pharmacy with high standards of care and top job of helping people to get what they need. Very satisfied with them 100% of the time and very happy I found them about over a year or so ago. 100% effort by the team 100% satisfaction, their care is definitely worth every single star I have given. Thank you so much for such a great care and for truly caring. You are amazing 😄💕

Great Service
I needed to get a prescription delivered quickly (my fault) - I had the items delivered to me in less than 18 hours - all at no cost to me. This is not my normal experience with other online pharmacies - Boots & Pharmacy2U take note.

Fantastic company
Excellent service. Items are dispatched quickly, and they are incredibly responsive and accommodating via live chat. I was fed up with the queues at the pharmacies. Over an hours wait just to put the prescriptions in. I’m glad I took the leap and switched to this company. Saves me a lot of hassle

I have been with RX for a while
I have been with RX for a while and for the most part, they have been really good. Occasionally, they have been let down by Royal Mail but that's not their fault.
After a mix-up with the regularity of one of my medications, everything has been fine and today I have received the quickest response ever which I doubt any of the local pharmacies could better!

I've been using RXLive for my meds since Dec 2023. No dramas, no problems, all very efficient and trouble free. I just contacted customer support to see if they could bring my delivery forward as I am about to go on holiday. No problems at all. Exemplary service.
I have just had cause to contact RXLive to ask if they could get my pain meds to me urgently.
They (Thomas) replied straight away, and have rearranged my order, marked it 'urgent', and it will now be here within 24/48hrs. This has made a huge difference, and I really can't recommend them highly enough. And this is not the first time they've stepped up to provide such excellent service.

Fantastic, Superb, Easy, Recommended
