Its very convenient to use, user friendly! seamless and so far i have had no bad experience in using BHN Rewards.

Overall, I quite like the Rybbon platform from BHN. It's easy to use, campaign set up is very simple, and I like all of the integration and automation options that it offers. My only two critiques are that I wish it had the ability for the search bar to search for a name throughout all of my active campaigns (we do blinded surveys so if a respondent does need to troubleshoot anything it's a bit tricky to find which campaign they belong to) and that I wish the subscription levels/features were a little more customizable. As a small company, it's not always financially practical to upgrade to the higher level subscription, but being able to have one or two of those features would be immensely helpful for us.

We've used Rybbon for a number of years now and I've had great experiences with every account executive assigned to us. Super helpful and responsive. Best of all, if they don't know they answer they tell me that and then go look to find the answer instead of just leaving something unanswered or making up nonsense.

Virtual reward cards are loaded with restrictions. I will be avoiding them in the future.

I purchased a gift card March 2024. It never arrived to the recipient. They "shipped another one" but my neighbor told me that "no gift card ever came". I was told by BHN that it had been delivered in April. However, once I called again, they told me "now it's been too long". I will submit a claim through my bank. I do not recommend. It's obvious if it was never used, and should be addressed accordingly.

My card has been being refused at several platforms including Amazon. This offer/service is very disappointing

I ordered four e-Gift cards for my wonderful volunteers from Corporate Card Online store. They accepted my payment with an instant email reply. A minute later, I received another email informing me that they have declined my order. I am fine with this if they do not want my business but it has been 9 days since and I have not received the re-fund. I submitted an online complaint and followed up with two emails. No one has got back to me. Worst experience ever!

We have used this service for the past three years without a glitch and loved how easy it was to use and cost effective. However we have had a problem with a $150.00 gift card that can't be redeemed through the vendor. Our request for support has been pending for over 45 days! Very poor support when things go wrong!

This seems to be a very promising program providing resources to reward participants incentives and I have had a good experience so far looking forward to more business with this company in the near future hopefully for a long time to come.

I received a digital card from Rybbon. I did not use it for any transactions. Within a few days, all of my funds were gone from unauthorized transactions. I asked them for help with these unauthorized charges, but they said they were unable to help. Rybbon was the only one who had my card information and personal information, since I had not used the card anywhere yet. They are not trustworthy and they might even be selling personal information. Or, if they are not selling personal information, then they are not protecting their customers' privacy.

BHN Rewards make it so easy to send out gift cards! The ability to select multiple retailers for the recipient to chose from ensures that the recipient is happy. Capabilities such as notifications if emails bounce, seeing if the reward has been accepted, and sending reminder emails are so helpful on this platform. Using BHN Rewards has made sending and tracking gift cards much easier!

Great platform for flexible rewards with tons of controls to manage various programs, teams and types of recipients. The user experience is very positive with easy-to-use tools that gets our sales staff onboarded quickly. The issues aren't frequent, but if there are any, customer service is quick, responsive and helpful.
