Rydale Clothing Reviews

The wellingtons are very well made and warm. I ordered a size 10 rather than my normal size 9 and they fit perfectly.

Ordered these for my sister and she was very pleased with the quality, fit, and delivery.

Love them, warm comfortable and stylish

Superb quality, my order received on time. The exact UK size. Thank you.

Bought shoes for my wife’s birthday and she loves them waiting for better weather to wear them ❤️

Fantastic service in communications of letting me know the jumper was instock and arrived a few days later , my daughter loves it ,Thankyou Ryedale

Great quality and quick delivery

Pleased with the shoes. Soft and very comfortable . Will look good with jeans.

Quick and easy to order. Delivery was prompt and on time.

Comprehensive yet clean and simple website layout, easy to order using Apple Pay and when the product turned up it was good quality which makes a change these days. The long sleeve shirt that i ordered had actual long sleeves that cover my watch and wrists unlike a lot of modern shirts that have saved on material by not making the sleeves long enough!

This was my first purchase from Rydale, almost as a test. Having a great experience i am now a regular customer.

The shirts I bought are excellent value, wear well are cosy and lovely long body length. I have bought several of these and will continue.

Terrible customer service. A package I ordered for next day delivery hadn't arrived three days after it was ordered. I called customer service and I got through to a totally uninterested receptionist that said someone would get back to me within two working days. I am not going to be at the address I gave in two working days, and told the receptionist this, and she didn't care at all. Would not recommend and will complain to my bank for a refund so I don't need to deal with the company again.

Dispatched very quickly and received with no issues by Evri, cannot fault them.
Item was a grand fit and am most pleased with it.

I telephoned Twice this morning to place an order and ask some simple questions about returns after seeing reviews that clothes and footwear came up small.

TWICE I was held on the phone for a very long time. The recorded messages said ‘they were just finishing up with another customer and they’d be with you shortly’

Twice I went through to reception - Which is just AN ANSWERING SERVICE - that know nothing about the company and are extremely unhelpful. They are an answering service for lots of different companies.

They both said they could take my details and Ryedale generally took 2 days to get back to you by email!

No wonder they have such big sales, no doubt people send things back because they can’t speak with a person at Ryedale to ask simple questions.

I decided after seeing reviews that the returns are a nightmare / horrific to just take my custom elsewhere and save myself a lot of trouble.

I purchased this as a birthday present for my daughter. And she was over the moon with it.
Excellent quality, well made and actually looks the same colour as the one on the website. Thank you.

Great selection of clothing and quick efficient delivery.

I had ordered some clothes and found out the next day they had discounted by 50%. I got back intouch and Lily promptly credited my account.
I then filled my basket again.
The quality is great. This will be my 4th order.

Excellent product and quality

High quality items, fast delivery, highly recommended

Lighter than wearing wool. Good fit apart from the breeks which are tight around the calf due to large calf’s. The jacket was large enough to wear a jumper underneath. Good quality. Delivered within a couple of days
