Well made hoodie, true to size and a lovely colour

The bag is stylish with multiple compartments for drinks bottles, pens and papers etc. The bag is excellent quality and delivery time was quick. I highly recommend this bag.

Fantastic outdoor trousers that were regularly complimented. I purchased two pairs in the £80 deal going for a size 10 & 12, I am a 10waist but have large thighs and often need to size up, NOT the case with these I returned the 12 and reordered another 2 pairs in size 10 in the deal. The material is soft, stretchy but thick enough to smooth out any lumps and bums, VERY flattering. I wear with a belt to enhance the look for smartness. The multiple pockets are perfect, you always have a place to put yr phone, pens, lip balm, id cards etc. I bought for my new ecology work to be seen as smart and professional, and they are that ( i did not want to turn up un jeans or the baggier mens style hiking trousers). They are showerproof and bead but you will get we if brushing through vegetation, however they are quick drying. They are LONG and i turn up the bottoms by 4” with socks over, the material is thin enough so it’s not bulky or bothersome. I now have brown, navy and khaki, I love them!!

It’s hard to find a well fitting coat for our Bull Jack as she is very deep chested and has wide shoulders. The large size coat fitted perfectly and is easy to get on as it is zipped up along the back. Good quality and a lovely choice of colours.

Ordered a wax jacket next day delivery. Next day came and nothing I had a email from rydale saying its been dispatched with dpd I received a email from dpd saying we are expecting it next day come and on the dpd website its saying we are expecting it so I rang up rydale and had options press what number you wanted so I pressed 2 for tracking and it rang and rang and about 5 minutes later it was answered I explained what had happened and the reply was sorry I am the receptionist I can't help you you have come to me because the tracking team are to busy (REALLY) I will pass the message onto tracking they will be in touch with in 2 days I said about next delivery and the extra money it cost and all I got was ok I pass the message on bye. I couldn't belive it so this time I rang back and selected customer service it rang and was answered straight away and guess what it was the stroppy receptionist the customer service are very busy they will contact you soon as possible and then phone goes dead so last time I tried ringing again and selected for any issues so it rang and answered straight away YEP you guessed it the STROPPY RECEPTIONIST she said sorry every body is busy at the moment someone will be in touch soon as possible then I think she recognised my voice and the phone went dead I really do belive this stroppy receptionist is the only person working there perhaps this is the way people do business in this part of the country and they wonder why people dont use tiny little companies like this come rydale buck up. And if there is more then 1 person working there please train the STROPPY RECEPTIONIST up to be helpful and not flob customers off

Good evening,
I recieved my order from you of Antique Tan boots(Ella heeled), which on arrival did not look at all Tan. Infact they look nothing like the colour in the photograph, the only reason I knew they were Antique Tan was because the label on them said so. I am NOT writing this as a complaint, but to make you aware that the photos on your website advertising the different colours of boots are not realistic. As described above they are not Tan at all. I need these boots so I will not return them, but I am disappointed with the actual colour.

Easy to order, delivery was quick and the boots fit perfectly and look fabulous on, ive worn them with dresses and with jeans..

I am still awaiting delivery of my order of 27th August. I contacted Rydale by telephone, spoke with a representative and left my details on 8th Sept. but as yet have had no response I am disappointed as I have used Rydale many times and expected better service.

Brilliant equestrian pac a mac. Looks great. This keeps me dry 100%.
I am a size 12 but ordered a 14 to accomodate a thick jumper. It is perfect. Very good quality and reasonabley priced. Delivery was on time. Excellent service by everyone.

Great quality raincoat, easy to put on. Good value for money. Size M fits my 10 month cocker spaniel with a little room for growth.
And it looks good!
Only reason it’s not 5 star is that gap between zip and collar not in correct place for attaching lead to harness (also rydale ) so it is a little tricky, however this would not stop me from buying again. Would like to give 4.5 stars.

Great easy ordering website. I ordered the 3/4 for my 2 1/2 year old grandson (he is tall). He has plenty of room in it so will get spring and possibly next autumn too.

Not lined therefore great for spring/autumn with joggies and a hoodie but I’d rather have a warmer one for the really cold months. Would definitely order again. 🙂

I received a excellent quality shoes elegant and in side very comfortable material , but I have problems with my food the top of my food bones is high and every shoe not fitting , unfortunately I must return the shoes, excellent customer service and good value .
