Rydale Clothing Reviews

Easy to order, arrived promptly, well packaged. Very pleased with Mac, just what I needed.👍

Comfortable, easycare boots

Rydale is always my first choice when it comes to buying things for my dog. Whether it’s one of their fleeces, raincoats or in this instance a collar, their products are superb.
My dog immediately took to her new collar, which is so well made with lovely leather detail. Looks smart and can’t be faulted.

Unfortunately it was too small for me XLx3 I’m a big lad. It was good quality though. Had to sent it back. Once I get reimbursed I’ll go for next size up.
Thoroughly recommend Rydale clothing five star service.

The shopping experience could not be easier and quicker. I did not love the product as the horse print had very visible pixels but I kept it anyways as it was quite similar to the photo. I would buy un Rydale again.

Great hat, exactly what I wanted. Thank you.

Great socks. Cheerful designs of animals and birds, wildlife and domestic. Have reordered. Soft, comfortable and hold up well without leaving ridges.

Socks are great, delivery a bit slow.

Fantastic customer service. Speedy response and query dealt with straight away!
Thank you Lily for all your help!

Order 2 coats this morning on line . Checked the email response and one coat was written as xsmall wanted small . Rang straight away before 9.30 spoke to a lady who said l needed customers service and they would ring me back , no response rang again at 11.30 was assured of a return call nothing . So at 2pm l used their advertised contact form to explain the problem , it is now 6 pm no contact no response . The customer care is obviously non existent It is a simple problem easily resolved but they obviously can’t be bothered

Whilst the products are good, the customer service is not. EVRI are used as the delivery company so had hassle getting my delivery. There is supposed to be an easy return portal but this did not work. I contacted customer service for both issues and had no response. This is disappointing and has put me off ordering in the future.

Exactly what it said it would be. Perfect

This is my second hat I brought one in a lighter colour liked it so much decided to get in green I’m very pleased with my purchase it arrived on time good quality I’m looking forward to wearing them

I love Ryedale clothing, the polo shirts are ideal for work, decent quality, hard wearing but still look smart. I've had the boots too, I wear them nearly every day for work, they've been great.

Excellent company very pleased with my jacket

I have bought several of your shirts and I am delighted with everyone of them.
The only drawback is that some shirts do not have a breast pocket, and this is something I really need, so it can be difficult trying to pick one on the website that has pockets. The quality is good and delivery is always within a few day's of placing the order.

I love my new jacket, the fit is just how I like it and it will be perfect for the cooler days. It is so light and warm.
Ordering and delivery was easy, thank you Rydale.

Hat was too large, tried to return it. No return label supplied. Site said it was easy to print.... I don't have a printer. Took it to the post office and they said that they couldn't print it. Go to the library... they couldn't get it to work. Took it to the Dogs Trust and they accepted it as a donation. Waste of £15.99p

Perfect size. Excellent.
