I received the Mateo ring as a gift and ever since then it's of my favorite pieces. It reminds me of a special moment, tits pertectly, and | just love the minimalistic and aesthetic look. I get compliments on it all the time, SAAR CO is a 12/10.

Updated Review: From Frustration to Genuine Appreciation

I originally left a 2-star review after losing two ‘Arthur’ necklaces in quick succession - one during a calm swim, the other during a light jog. Both times, the pendant detached unexpectedly, which was incredibly disappointing given the necklace’s sentimental value and the brand’s label of durability. I was gutted and felt let down, especially after spending over $250 and receiving no response to my product review on the website.

That said, I want to update this review to reflect what happened next - because it completely changed my perspective.

After I left my review, to my surprise, Saar got in touch. I explained my situation and was blown away by their response. Their customer service has been nothing short of outstanding: empathetic, patient, and genuinely committed to making things right. They acknowledged that the clasps on my pieces may have been weak and, as a gesture of goodwill, replaced the item for me. It’s now being shipped, and I couldn’t be more grateful for how they handled it.

To other customers: If you ever run into an issue, don’t rely solely on the product review section to get in touch. Reach out directly with your order details and a clear explanation - they will listen, and they will help. My initial frustration was real, but so was my mistake in not contacting them properly from the start - this was my fault which over complicated the situation. The team showed me grace and professionalism throughout the entire experience.

I want to be clear: I love the Arthur necklace. The design and engraving are beautiful, I wore it proudly, and plan to wear it again proudly, every day. I was just upset to have lost it twice in such a short time. But Saar’s response reminded me why I believed in the brand in the first place. They truly stand out for how they treat their customers, the beauty of their products and clearly the moral foundations they have behind the scenes.

I will certainly be purchasing more from Saar, especially now knowing what awesome people I am supporting behind this great Aussie business!

Dissapointed with the quality of my engraved necklace, one side is shiny, the other side is dull - very cheap looking.

Wasnt initially what i beleived i had ordered as and beleive the website had a bug ordering a different style to what i wanted.

The product that arrived, is not great quality as you will see from the photo of the tarnished looking engravement.

Whilst waiting for it to arrive i also felt annoyed that a local market stool was selling yhe same stuff, if not better, engraved there and then for under half the cost.

Wont use SAAR again.

I have ordered 4 separate pieces, with personal Engravings, as treasured and timeless gifts for loved ones and for myself. The packaging is Luxurious, in of itself. The SAAR CO 1 year warranty eases any uncertainty, however all their pieces are so reasonably priced! I have myself had an amazing experience with the SAAR CO team, an accident occurred with my treasured Emily necklace, in good faith they offered to replace my tag with the original engraving And fix it all up for me, they were also happy and able to engrave me two more tags at a small cost, for each of my children.
I Love It! And I’m Never taking it off :) Thank you SAAR CO can’t wait to choose my next piece

good quality, fast delivery

Very happy with my purchases , bought a few times on different occasions , only issue i had was the clasp from the chain broke more than once .. otherwise the quality is really good and didn’t tarnish … so overall very happy …

I have purchased 2 gifts in the past few months. Each time, I had very quick service and my daughter and my husband have both loved their gifts.
The items are of great quality and I will certainly be back to purchase the next gift.

I have brought 2 items. A necklace and a Bracelet.
Both items are beautiful quality, that have aged nicely.
The necklace still looks brand new after 18 months.
The bracelet has some minor wear and tear, which is expected. My hubby never takes it off and he is rough.
When I brought the bracelet less than 12 months ago, it was lost in transit, SAAR happily sent out another one very quickly.

Extremely high quality goods that I've purchased.
I purchased a gold chain and bracelet over 12mths ago and they are both still in great condition. My gold chain never comes off, no green colour or tarnishing.
I'll definitely be buying again.

Honestly the quality is amazing! I ordered it on Wednesday and received my engraved necklace by Friday. Customer service was amazing helping to dispatch my order quickly. Thanks heaps

Low quality for a high price!
Necklace was light weight poor quality like you’d expect for a $8 necklace from aliexpress. It also makes me itchy! When I contacted them to request a refund they wanted me to post it pack at a premium postage at my own expense! This isn’t a change of mind this is a product is a scam for the price charged!!! Why should I be out of pocket when you sent a lie. Absolutely appalling! You need to quality control your items before you send. Clearly drop ship or import cheap items pretending to be good quality! Don’t fall for it! It was light weight and poor quality as many of the 1 star reviews stated! Wish I checked those first.

Don’t fall for their reply below either! If an item is poor quality you are not liable for return. Basically calling me a liar when I’m stating the item I received was not the quality described. This was an extremely poor response. As is the one below calling me a liar. You will notice they have stated reviews on their own website where they can filter what’s shown…. If you check trustpilot reviews there are others who have had my experience and discuss poor quality, so I will defend myself when I’m being accused of lying! I am an advocate for small business and good quality Australian made and this was not it.

I recently bought a bracelet and ring from SAAR CO and couldn’t be happier. The quality is amazing—solid, stylish, and feels premium. Shipping was fast and the packaging felt really thoughtful. Love the clean, masculine designs. Definitely coming back for more.
