This was the worst experience that I've ever had making an online purchase. I never received my order, and despite nineteen emails to the company, the situation was never rectified. I requested a refund and received no response. I have had no choice but to request a chargeback from my credit card company. I do not recommend you order from Saber X

No instruction manual to put them together was provided, only one of the two sabers works the way it is supposed to. The other turns on and makes sounds but doesn't light up. If you’re a shorter adult this length blade is perfect. The one I bought at Winnipeg Comic Con was much too long for my height. This one was perfect for my height. The case is great though.

Good product, good communication

Mystery box was well worth the price. 3 good sabres each unique and well put together. Delivery was timely and exceeded expectations.

I love the saber! I only wish it was a little brighter for the money I paid, but I'm still in love with it! I especially love the hilt design! I can't wait to find someone to duel with!!

Ordered my very first lightsaber and I chose Saber X. I picked a Count Dooku proffie. I must admit when I saw the product was being shipped from China I got worried about quality. Thankfully I could not have been more wrong. This lightsaber is absolutely incredible and very well made. The packaging is top tier and the included case has allowed me to bring it everywhere to nerd out my friends. I can’t wait to order more. The only obstacle for me is my low income but there are very affordable payment options available. I’m thinking the double bladed Satele Shan saber next. Even though Im 34 now I feel like that 10 year old kid who used to swing sticks around in the back yard making saber noises. Thank you Saber X. Now it’s time to learn all the forms. Starting with Form 2 Makashi!

I ordered my first saber and then ordered a shorter blade. The saber and blade are great. The shipping of my order, not so great. Both times it was only by luck that I received my order. Even though I had input my full and complete address, Saber X failed to fill out my address correctly for shipping. Canada Post said had I not confirmed it was my order, they would have returned it to sender. I did write to them about this. The rep was great, but I have no idea if they have solved this very important issue. If I knew they did I would order again. Twice they failed to ensure the address was correct. I input address as I would with any other order. If you have a unit number, it may or may not get to you because their shipping system removes or omits unit numbers from their labels. Not sure why it does that, but if you have a unit number, may the force be with you and you actually get your order.

Other than that, quality of saber hilt and blade are good. Sounds and colors are good. My saber feels weighty and the shorter blade is much easier to use than the full length one that is 92 cm. Definitely pick the shorter blade if you are a smaller human.

Interaction with customer service is great.
If you don't have a unit number, definitely order from saber x.
If you do have a unit number, I hope they have fixed the issue. That is the biggest problem I have had is the delivery. I got lucky twice by actually being home when they were trying to figure out which unit it was supposed to go to.

The first time I ordered it took a bit of time to get here. The second time, it was super quick.

J'ai acheté deux sabres pour mon neveu, qui est venu passer ses vacances au Canada. Les sabres sont de très bonne qualité et il les adore. Nous sommes vraiment satisfaits du produit.
Le seul point négatif concerne le délai de livraison. Celui-ci n'a malheureusement pas été respecté. La livraison était annoncée en 9 jours maximum, mais nous avons finalement attendu 14 jours. De plus, nous n'avons reçu pratiquement aucun suivi de la commande pendant cette période. Ce n'est qu'après avoir contacté le service à la clientèle, à quelques jours de la livraison, que nous avons commencé à recevoir des mises à jour.
Cette situation a été particulièrement stressante, car mon neveu devait reprendre l'avion pour rentrer chez lui et nous craignions de ne pas recevoir les sabres avant son départ. Heureusement, ils sont arrivés à la toute dernière minute, juste à temps.
Malgré cette expérience de livraison décevante, la qualité des sabres est excellente. Si les délais annoncés étaient mieux respectés et le suivi de commande plus transparent, l'expérience serait parfaite.

Nice saber for a good Price, Nice feeling in hand, feel real and ready to endure strong sparing. The package was realy nice it felt like Christmas. Thx for those Nice sabers.

They respond to me quickly

Bought multiple sabers. The most expensive one did not come with all of the parts and is malfunctioning. Customer has been dodging me for days.

I wanted to leave a better review but I paid them a lot of money and to have bad customer service like this along with poor quality control it just too much.

I purchased the new Clone Wars Darth Maul Saber at Edmonton Gamecon Sunday about an hour before the show ended. They seemed impatient with my browsing, pushing different options at me constantly, this is to give context of why I believe they made a mistake. Regardless I was more than likely going to make a purchase so they didnt force my hand or anything but in their haste they gave me the wrong sized sabers. Mine requires the 7/8" size and I was given the 1" size. Being we traveled from down south we left everything in the box trusting what seemed like fairly knowledgeable staff at the time. Upon arriving home and taking them out to use with my son(it is a two piece saber), we noticed the sizing issue. I immediately used the portal to contact support. I heard nothing back for multiple days and then proceeded to email the support email directly. When they finally answered they asked for the receipt, photos, shipping address, etc. Which I had already provided in my previous message. Unhappy as I was, I resent said information. After they seemed to finally accept this was indeed their mistake. They wanted me to pay to ship back the wrong sabers, and when they are received and only then will I get reimbursed and the correct ones shipped out. I told them they should be supplying the label, just like most e-commerce retailers and I have heard nothing back. This was 5 business days ago, I just sent a follow up email asking about a label. In my opinion they should be shipping out the new product as soon as I sent the video, photos and receipt. Not make the process even longer, more costly and a unpleasant.

It took a while but I was very happy with my box saved myself 50 bucks from the lightsaber I pulled

The quality of the saber is wonderful, the blade can take a good hit and the hilt of it is absolutely wonderful to hold! The motion controls for on and off are a bit odd but nothing that is not adaptable! Only issue I had was the weird amount of time it took to have it sent to me, but its a minor gripe at most. Thanks a lot for the good quality of saber guys!

This company is nothing more than a drop shipper for a warehouse in China which mass produces lightsabers. Many of my friends have bought their sabers from there, and ALL of them are having issues. The owner claims all sabers are done locally, which is a blatant lie. They are just cheap Chinese Knock offs. You can buy better sabers elsewhere, and sometimes for a fraction of the price.
