One of the best decisions I've made in a long time was appointing Sabre!

I was put onto Andy by chance after a burst pipe leaked underneath my property in Hampshire. The damage seemed trivial at first with some minor damp to a couple of walls. My insurance company behaved awfully throughout, originally trying to put me off claiming and then sending someone out to question me hoping to find a reason to void the claim.

Andy took control of everything, confirming I had a valid claim and acting as middleman. Andy arranged quotes, kept me updated and knew of things I was entitled to compensation for, which never would have crossed my mind. The final settlement Andy negotiated was considerably more than I originally expected, but just goes to show that damage isn't always visible.

Andy is one of those genuine people you meet from time to time and although I hope I never have to make an insurance claim again, if I do, it will be Andy I call.

Andy helped with our claim for a leak in the kitchen.
He organised everything to ensure we were as comfortable as possible whilst work was done.
He ensured that things went smoothly and at a reasonable pace.
The most important thing was communication which was outstanding.
All in all extremely pleased with the service and outcome.

Andy rescued us from a choice between solving the damp issue in our new home or building the extension we had budgeted for. When we moved in to our bungalow we discovered more damp than the survey suggested and someone put is in touch with Sabre Assessing. Andy was for months a sympathetic ear offering practical advice as we thought about how best to remedy the situation, including suggesting a drain survey and putting in an insurance claim for a burst waste pipe. He then stepped in as our loss assessor and persuasively made our case to our insurance company (LV) to cover all damage related to that burst. That enabled us to restore our property to a good condition, using the contractors recommended by Andy. So, we could also afford the renovations we had in mind when we bought it. We would not have the warm. dry home we now have without his help.

When we moved into our home we discovered that a broken drain had been causing underfloor wetness and it was a horrible shock (no the surveyors did not pick it up). Someone reccomended we contact Andy
at Sabre Assessing and from that point onward our lives took a 180 degree turn for the better. He acted as our intermediary with our insurance company after they agreed to cover the initial damage to the drain, and was able to successfully negotiate with them to cover the resltant damage. We now have a dry and restored property which, a year ago, did not seem likely, and which we would never have managed to achieve without Andy's help. We cannot reccomend Andy and his company highly enough. He was courteous and professional, and his team of contractors were proficient and quick, we now live in a home we can love, our forever home. Thanks Andy for everything.

From day one Any took over and dealt directly with the insurance company.This was outstanding as I live abroad and my flat is in London. He also sourced a great contractor who went overboard to return my flat back to looking new. He was also fantastic with my tenant . Cant thank them enough ,it took all the weight off my shoulders.Thank you both. Wouldnt use any one else!!
