Contacted Adam Home as we were owed money by a Trader. Adam did not take on our case but was able to give us excellent advice on how to recover our money. The outcome was successful and we obtained all of the money owed plus costs and interest.

I'd had invoices that were over a year overdue and I didn't want to deal with the hassle and stress of chasing them so I contacted Safe Collections and spoke to Adam Home. Would 100% recommend Safe Collections. Breath of fresh air dealing with a legitimate, honest, reliable and efficient company. I don't often leave reviews, but credit where it's due, luckily I have never had to use a debt collection agency before so really was not sure how they worked and was a bit nervous tbh. From the first phone call to the subsequent emails it was a straight forward process, simple language no sales jargon. With our case they were thankfully successful, however if they had been unsuccessful I would still leave a five star review just for the straight forward and efficient service.

I always find them very efficient, keeping me informed of all action taken, I would definitely recommend them.

I am the person designated in the office to chase unpaid invoices, and am normally quite successful, but I had really met my match with a French company (we are based in the UK). After over a year of being told that they'd paid already and/or would look into it (messing around basically), they stopped replying altogether. I contacted Safe Collections who were very straight from the beginning about the costs and the procedure, and once i'd agreed to their terms they unleashed a Frenchman who was very impressive in not taking no for an answer!! Within a few days they managed to get a reply from the owner. There had actually been a genuine mix up but he could have told me beforehand and saved all the messing around! I received the money shortly afterwards and were thoroughly satisfied. For them to succeed was really impressive - i would be happy to use their services again (although i dearly hope that won't be necessary)
