Terrible experience. First time I ordered, I received no email confirmation or receipt and had to just hope my order was received. They didn’t return calls or emails and after two months (!!) I finally received my order with no shipping status update, it just randomly arrived. Because they stock some hard to find ingredients, I decided to order again despite my misgivings. This time, I never received my order. That was in August of 2018, it is now 2020 and I have yet to receive a returned call, email or any other explanation as to why my order was never fulfilled. They stole my money and never sent my products. Stay far away from these scammers!

Do not order from this company unless you want to throw your money away! I have been waiting for an order which is incomplete for four months. My order was placed in June. The first part of it took over a month to arrive and the remaining still has not been received. I have called three times to try to find out what is going on. Recently I received an email stating that my order was completed and another that shows a back order with a new order number. Today I called to clarify this and the woman I spoke to told me she was not able to assist me and that I was to send an email. She was extremely rude to me. When I tried to tell her that if Saffire Blue is unable to fulfill my order that I would like them to refund my money, she unbelievably told me they do not accept cancellations. This is not a cancellation but a case of them not being able to fulfill my order and then keeping my money! She talked over me The entire time which was extremely frustrating, refused to listen to what I had to say, would not give me any info or deal with my request at all, and then hung up on me. So now I have been waiting for almost four months and have received nothing for my money. The first time I called in July I was told I would receive it within two weeks and in two subsequent calls I was told it is stuck with customs at the border. I have no idea how something could be stuck at the border for almost four months even during this time. I understand things are different with Covid and have tried to be patient. Covid however is not an excuse to conduct business in such an unscrupulous, rude and dishonest manner. If you don’t have the product remove it from your website and if you cannot fulfill the orders refund the money. I will never use this company again. I’m pretty sure they will soon cease to exist anyway, and I very much doubt that I and many others who have been duped by them, will receive either the products we paid for, or a refund of our hard earned money. A horrible fraudulent and corrupt company!! Will be sending a complaint to the BBB and hopefully they will soon be shut down!

Website is well laid out making it easy to find products. Delivery is usually quick.

I love shopping on this site. I'm happy with the consistently high quality and fair prices. I appreciate the wide variety of products. I had a minor issue which customer service handled quickly. I wish some items weren't perpetually back ordered, but my overall customer experience has been overwhelmingly positive.... And, I'm easily irritated.

I never received the refund. You have the products and our money. I've been sending emails but no one's responding.

I'm sad to say that these people ***stole my money***.

They advertise products which they do not have in stock and instead of refunding you they do say their policy (which is super unclear on their website) is to give store credit.

Additionally I received roller balls for essential oils which came with no cover which of course is useless and of course I was never issued an apology or refund.

I am wholly disappointed by my treatment by their "customer service". Be warned this company has unfair business practices.

If the total amount owing to me by them was more I would have sued in the small claims court.

While the delays which occurred in processing my order I can understand- I cannot understand Saffire Blue offering me a product, taking my money and refusing to give me back when they do not have it. I paid for items I did not receive. They took my hard earned cash and did not hold up their end of the contract. This is unscrupulous and it is unfortunate as I would have liked to remain a customer but for this unsavory behaviour.

Do not buy from this company. Lady yelled at me and hung up on me said she was secretary. Guy there never called me back. He said they don't give refunds which doesn't make sense no product took my money . I should have read the reviews first. I dealt with them 10years ago they were great not sure what happened. 112 complaints on better business bureau don't buy. Warning. You will loose your money and not get product and if you dare to call and ask you will get treated like dirt. A simple fix would have been to communicate with customers and be respectful but they can't even do that.

I liked the price of Pottasium Hydroxide in Saffireblue. Its the cheapest one that I found. The product came nicely packed. The other products that I expected to be in bottles are in a non resealable bag. So, I have to find packaging for those. Part of my order didn't ship and its been 2 months. I also couldn't cancel these. So, for a hobbyist, saffireblue is okay. But for a business, look elsewhere.

normally they have a good service level but this time we had to wait for a product order for more than 3 months, we lost sale and were only advise of the shortage 2 weeks after we place our order, not good for business to be out of stock so long.

J'ai encore des produits back order après 2 mois.
J'aurais aimé savoir lors de ma commande que certains produits n'étaient pas disponibles, je ne les aurais pas commandé.
J'ai un produit que j'ai annulé lors de ma première commande, on m'a crédité mais on n'a pas appliqué le crédit sur ma deuxième commande.
J'aurais aimé qu'on me rembourse.
J'aimerais que l'on dise quand les produit back order seront disponibles.
Ma confiance en votre compagnie est très basse.

I had pre-order items in my cart, which delayed it over a month and I had a hard time getting a hold of anyone to help me out with it. Once I did, most of my order shipped fairly quickly with the exception of the lids for the bottles I ordered. I then got an email saying my order was complete... Not too sure what had happened to my lids. Hopefully it's not a rigmarole to get a hold of anyone again...

When my order showed up at the beginning of September it said that my SLSA was on back order. I have emailed 3 times asking when I can expect it so I can make my products and let my clients know when they will be available. It is now the end of September and I still have not received back any help from your company, my products or the refund that I requested. It's been a truly horrible experience. I will not recommend this company to anyone else.

I’m usually pretty happy with the service but this last time I place an order my bee’s wax is on back order and you still have my money and I haven’t heard anything since. That doesn’t seem very professional to me. I want the bee’s wax I ordered and payed for!!

At first everything was ok but some of my order was not available so it was on back order. This was back in July. I have called fh and left messages but no response ever. I still don’t have the items that I paid for and have no clue when I’ll get them. Or if I’ll ever get them. I’m Very disappointed. I’ll never order from them again.

Deliveries are prompt, quality is excellent, they are very clear if something has been back order and keep your mind at ease!! I just wish they hadn’t switched to foam peanuts and plastic bags.

Never received order. No communication from Safire blue... had to ask for a refund 9 months ago, and now getting confirmation (nearly a year later) that my order is complete. Never again using Saffire blue

Original order was made in June, had 2 back orders. I was never advised of the back orders, e-mailed Saffire TWICE with no response, contacted them via their website NO RESPONSE. Finally received after 3 FULL months an AUTOMATED notice that the rest of my order was being shipped. Poor customer service.

Takes forever to receive orders. It’s been over a month and still not even packed. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend if you have a business that requires products for your clients in a timely manner. This company functions well below amateur hour.
