Cashier Never There & Always Late Back
Everytime we go to collect from Spalding the cashier is on a break! This time there was a sign that said back at 3pm & he turned up at 3.20pm which meant i had been stood waiting around for 40 minutes!
Not good enough i will be ordering with other companies in future.

Easy ordering, and processed quickly. Staff at Mansfield travel money counter were excellent, friendly, approachable and helpful, couldn't fault them. Overall a very pleasant experience

Ordering brilliant. Not so good on collection
Ordering online was brilliant no issues at all. However at the Sainsburys Pepperhill Gravesend it store was disappointing and worrying . Arrived in good time before the published closing time and booth was closed. Then after aimlessly asking various people was told the person working in the booth will be back and should have left a sign in there window. Waited until they returned but waited a further 25 minutes as their system went down. Even though my travel money was ready and paid for I couldn’t have it . Eventually it began working again and I was relieved and left .Lost time but person at the booth was calm and professional throughout.

Disappointed that it cost £20 more for the same transaction if I walk in than if I do it online for which I did end up doing online and be able to collect 1 hour after

Excellent Sainsbury’s service
Great to be able to pre-order and pick-up from store at my convenience. In my case I only required Euros which are normally available. However, it does save a wasted journey should stock run low.
