Bought the knit pullover because I wanted something simple for cooler evenings. Did not expect it to feel this warm without being scratchy. The colour looks very natural in daylight, kind of soft and muted.

This company is NOT based in US - it’s based in China. And everything that I stupidly ordered before checking trust pilot is shipped from China. Took 3 weeks for delivery. Shoes that I ordered look nothing like those on the website and are extremely cheaply made. WhenI requested refund, I was told to ship them to China at my expense for refund. Shipping will cost more than the shoes. And even if I did that, I doubt the refund would ever come.Cutting my losses. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

The shoes I got look nothing like the picture on the website. What I got looks cheap. It took almost a month to get them, & I have to pay shipping to return them.

I just received the Noelle Women’s loafers. It took about 3 weeks to get my order.
The loafers aren’t exactly what was advertised. It is very cheaply made and the soles are plastic. I doubt the shoe is made of leather. I am trying to return the item, however, Saint Drako’s return policy does not accept items that are advertised as a sale. I doubt these shoes are $124.99 full price and put on sale for $49.99, therefore making it ineligible for returns. What a scam.

Re my order #9588 Women’s loafers. Received this yesterday but too small. Ordered size UK6.5 or 39.5 and got size 37. Need to return these and receive replacement but no emails seem to be correct. Would appreciate an answer and how to return these

Ordered Loafers from Saintdrako, have emailed them twice, called and left a message and still have not heard back from them via phone nor email. I was disappointed with the loafers totally, 1)…they have a very strong chemical odor, they are too small and I really wasn’t pleased with the quality. I would love to have someone at least acknowledge my request for a refund.

Ordered the Ladies Loafer on 11/17/25. Have not received them yet. Called and left message twice..no response.

I placed an order for the ladies loafers on 11/9/25 and I still have not received them yet. In reading some of the other customers reviews regarding not receiving their order concerns me a great deal. I hope I wasn’t scammed when I purchased these shoes.

Bought the joggers mainly for travel and I’ve basically ended up wearing them at home every evening. The corduroy texture is soft and doesn’t feel heavy. They taper nicely at the ankles without being too tight. I might grab another colour because I’m wearing these way too often.

I originally had issues with my order. They did eventually contact me and went beyond my expectations for customer service.

I ordered a pair of loafers and it met my expectations!! I love the fit and they’re VERY comfortable!! I got them in black!! They’re good quality and seem like they’ll last me a while!!

I ordered a pair of shoes four weeks ago. I have sent several emails and left messages to find the status of my order. I have never received a response. I think this company is a scam. No one should purchase from them.

I purchased the Dakota suede tote a couple of months ago for the fall recently, I went to take it out of the packaging, and the actual handle was beginning to separate as if the glue that they used wore off when I first got the package I did look inside in the bag looked OK but it’s unusable and I can’t return it so I wasted my money. Do not buy the bag.

I ordered a jacket and picked the size following the guidance on their website. But it was too small and couldn't fit on me when I received it. I contacted them to return.

They wouldn't pay for the delivery costs. Eventually they only refund the price for the jacket itself and I had to pay for the 2 shipping costs (original delivery + returns). Also, it took them 3 weeks to process the refund.

Bought a retro bomber jacket from their site, and it’s nothing like the photos. The photos show a beautiful well put together jacket, so I thought spending $76 for it was worth it. When it arrived I was appalled! It’s awful quality! I wouldn’t wear this if it was free. I’m like is this a joke? I contacted them to request a full refund and inquire about a return to the McAllen, TX address that’s on their website. Of course to no avail they are difficult. Want to give me a 15% return or I can spend $50 to return to China! I’m outraged! I opened a fraud case with the trade commission and the fbi. These companies shouldn’t be allowed to operate under false pretenses. These things they are selling on their site are a complete misrepresentation to what you actually receive.

I ordered the Fiori De Luxe Leather Jacket size M, which is described on the site as "Crafted from enduring premium leather". Wrong size sent and item tag shows it is made of 100% polyurethane, not leather.
Second jacket was Single Breasted Thick Wool Coat size XL. Jacket arrived wrong size and clearly not made of wool. I requested a paid return label to return the items and was told they would either reduce the cost by 15%, or I could pay to return them to China. As the site completely lies about these items, I will not pay for return. I have disputed the charge as fraud.
