Have been very impressed with the process from the sign up to the implementation. The User interface is simple and easy to use. I have multiple agents trying different pitches. Love it.

Andrew was great during our demo and has been very helpful on checking in during our implementation process! Ort and Jen have made it really easy to get AI agent going and making out bound calls on our offices behave. Def recommend SalesAi to any insurance agency owners who’s looking to get call their volume down and actually talk to prospects.

Gamechanger tool...customer support legit! From first contact with Chance then Andrew, Veonica and Haley...they understand that this can be a little overwhelming...But they really go out of their way to make it work

SalesAI has completely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we signed on, their onboarding process was nothing short of supportive, thorough, and incredibly helpful. They take the time to walk you through every step, ensuring both your team and your content are set up for success. Their employee support is top-notch—responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure we maximize the platform’s potential. The content guidance they provide is equally impressive, helping us refine our messaging and optimize our outreach with data-driven insights. SalesAI doesn't just give you a tool—they equip you with the knowledge and confidence to use it effectively. If you're looking for a solution that prioritizes both cutting-edge technology and unparalleled customer support, SalesAI is the way to go! With a lot of additional features coming in future releases, its apparent that they are investing in the growth of their platform.

SalesAI has a great concept, but their new features don't work for everyone. We invested a LOT of time, waited an unknown position in a queue for two weeks, tried troubleshooting with a live senior agent who wasn't able to get things working properly and didn't know why they failed...so we asked for (took a few tries), and got a refund.

Open to starting back up again once they confirm everything is working. I'd consider their tech to be in beta, although apparently it functions fine for a decent chunk of their customers. Hope internal troubleshooting and the product team gets the kinks worked out.

This company has a product that in theory sounds great. Unfortunately the product does not work.
They charge you a large on boarding fee and your subscription fee's in advance. There is a reason why!

They have no customer support or technical support. We've had to block them because after reading all past reviews they kept charging customers after they bought the product.

If I could I would give a -5 star , their promise you success after 30 days , a boarding call with a kid that sounded board and ready to watch Netflix , I was boring him , didn’t get the agenda and didn’t know anything about our company and what it is we do , promised a couple calls only got one call that was a waste , came back with a campaign agenda for LinkedIn , that ruined my relationships as their contacted people within my existing network soliciting business , I told them and their didn’t respond , Jeff doesn’t have a contact number , so someone that’s running this campaign my team has to email him and he response when he feels like it , if we lucky it’s 3-5 days later , if you a company seeking this type of service, save your hard earned money and don’t throw it down the toilet , as I expressed my concerns and their don’t respond nor try to resolve this and make it work , I actually wanted it to work after spending $5000.00 . But when you go silent I had no choice but to make sure that no other business owner gets to go through what i did , which seems like a common theme , do your due diligence and look at reviews and talk to others

We have been very pleased with Kennected's 'Reach' solution. Despite a few minor learning-time and technical billing glitches with getting our Team Account preforming optimally, the results we have achieved speak for themselves. With Kennected, we have effortlessly increased our LinkedIn connections (across a total of 5 LinkedIn accounts being integrated in our Kennected "Team Subscription") by a factor of 10, while significantly reducing the time and effort required to earn each new connection.

Compared to other top-5 competitor services, Kennected's 'Reach' solution stands out as a field-leading option:

• The discovery and sales experience were informative and pressure-free, making it easy for me to understand the value of the product (thanks Drew!).
• The onboarding process and feature-set education was relatively simple, thanks to the straightforward and feature-rich user interface (and knowledgeable guidance of Savannah and Victor).
• Furthermore, the dedicated team at Kennected, consisting of genuine and responsive support pros (props to Madison), was always there to assist with any technical, account, or campaign optimization needs.

The only challenges I encountered were the kind you actually want as a customer, namely that Kennected is enjoying mass adoption and appears to be under scaling pressure, which demonstrates their success and growing reputation.

Overall, I had a 5-star experience with Kennected and its 'Reach' solution (successfully humming away in the background as I type!) and can say that its solution and team continue to exceeded our expectations.

Unless you "LOVE" exhausting solution shopping, confusing feature set, pricing, and customer complaints comparing, or have some need to postponing the inevitable, please consider letting us having done that for you and sign-up with confidence!

I deleted my account on the website but it didnt delete my account.
The next days, there are 10 failed attempts to take my money...
The support contacted me fron two different email adresses and want me to fill a long form to delete my account...
I told them thats not gonna happen.
They responded its the only way to proceed.

Such a bad way to treat customers.
Never going back.

Very bad experience. The sales guy was cool. Other than that, all of the promises made were inaccurate and LinkedIn temporarily suspended our accounts after following the suggestions of Kennected's team. Cancelled two months ago and am still being charged. They will not refund either. Do not use this company.

Victor was very informative and helpful. He was able to help me with my issue quickly and was able to resolve it.
