5^Hair direction
I had the best experiance with Violetta in the Pavilions Uxbridge. From initial consultation where she was professional experienced approach made me feel confident with the choices I went with for my hair.
My appointment felt comfortable the staff offered drinks and were friendly. A lovely environment. My appointment didn't feel rushed. I will be re-booking to use this salon again. Excellent!!

My order arrived quickly and well…
My order arrived quickly and well packaged. A little disappointed to find 2 items of my order went out of stock. The company let me know and refunded those items promptly. Would buy again.

It would have been 5 Stars but…
It would have been 5 Stars but unfortunately an item on my order was cancelled. This is the second time I have had the same item removed from my order having paid for it so a little disappointed. I was sent an email apologising for this but hope that this time I will be notified when it’s back in stock as I wasn’t last time it happened. Other than that I was very happy with the service that Salon Express deliver.

We are a young Company and still have a lot to learn . But we are working hard to ensure that we are showing accurate stock availability online at all times !! However, we have been pleasingly busy over this first year of trading and it has given rise to some teething issues for which we can only apologise - we know any stock shortage causes disappointment and inconvenience!!
