I contacted Sam because I had a very specific set of criteria that I wanted to meet to achieve my goals for investment in my company. He sourced me 4 properties in Aberdeen which met my pretty tight spec and helped me achieve exactly what I set out to do, and done so in a very professional manner.

Sam and his team clearly have extensive knowledge of, and contacts in the Aberdeen and north east area of Scotland and are very good at using this to benefit their clients such as myself.

Back in September 2025, I asked the bank how much interest I would get if I locked my money away for a while, and it was almost nothing. On top of that, I still wouldn’t have easy access to it in an emergency without exit fees.
In October, I learned about private lending for property investors. After just 7 months, I earned £1,166.69 while still having access to my money if needed and I now have my full investment back as well.
Would I do it again? 100%.

Sam was nothing but helpful from start to finish nothing was a problem he was only a call away 24/7, very quick response also sorted out solicitor etc and got the deal over the line in record time

Lost my friend alot of money with the ridiculous advice of investing in Aberdeen.

Told him at the time the guys got zero idea about that market as only been doing it a few years and still no idea what he is doing.

Another 6% loss this year and been every year since he wasted his money trusting him.and now desperately trying to sell but cant as so much negative equity.

Avoid at all costs as he is still peddling the same ridiculous advice each time saying Aberdeen is on the turn and been saying so for 8 years now as he bought alot of flats there.
He must of lost a fortune himself as only seems to buy or least say he dose..... but like most of what he posts dont belive half of it as a quick check on company house shows he has only a very small percentage of what he says and even thats part owned by others.

Needs closed down and anyone who is stupid enough to take his advice then clearly has more money than sense.
Literally buying property anywhere else in the same time you would of made you 30% to 40% . Aberdeen has dropped 20 to 30% and is a long way from being finished .
