Sam and I have worked together for a number of years. I have seen him become a well established letting agency, a training provider and a very charitable person who helps educate people while also giving back to the community.

Aside from this, he also helps people find BMV deals and helps build portfolios.

I used Sam Dyer to Source BTL property in 2021. I parted with £3000+ VAT up front (lesson learned) of our families hard earned savings, on the promise of a BTL Investment property being sourced, over 3 years ago.

After numerous phonecalls and messages with Sam between then and now asking for updates, all I was offered was an apology, a promise to source a suitable property as per our initial criteria and an upsell to join Sams Property Wealth Network on a monthly subscription basis.

In reality, we are into 2025 now and all we really want at this point is our money back after so much time passing by without any hint of anything forthcoming.

I've held off from publicly reviewing our experience until now, but after over three years of waiting my patience is finally running out. I'm willing to discuss this with Sam directly and edit this review if a suitable outcome for both parties can be agreed upon. Failing that, then I will have to explore other avenues to recoup our losses.

Sam Dyer has been a key component of my property portfolio building experience. Although I was already reasonably experienced when I met Sam, he and his business were able to bring so many complimentary skills to the table. He is well connected which makes the business able to source quality and good value property. Sam knows his market areas well, knows which streets are attractive and which to avoid. For example, the property he sourced and refurbed for me in Cumbernauld has seen significant capital appreciation. The business is able to a provide a seamless end to end process including negotiation, refurb and implementation of hold or exit strategies. But there is loads of flexibility for an experienced investor to do the parts of the process they enjoy. I am happy to recommend this business based on great personal experience.

Awful experience. I’m extremely disappointed that I was misled to thinking this opportunity was going to work for me. This company has no moral values and has already tried to delete any negative reviews. No integrity whatsoever and it seems suspicious that a good review was left immediately after a recent review highlighting a poor experience.

If you do come across this review, I hope it saves you from any nightmare involvement with sam. But sadly I’m sure there will be a cover-up review to follow.

I was recently introduced to Sam at a local networking event which I was attending as myself and my wife are looking to restructure and remodel our current property business model.
