Bruce was very thorough in his approach as we have been debating an ASHP for some time now. The system was installed within two weeks from order thanks to Josh, Alfie, Callum & Jack. Thanks Samso Energy!

I keep receiving unsolicited cold calls…
I keep receiving unsolicited cold calls from this company, even though I never asked for any information about solar panels. They must have gotten my details from somewhere else. I asked to be removed from their system, but still got another call. When I told the second caller that I’d already asked to be removed, he claimed the first salesperson had left the company. When I tried to take down his name "Kieran O’Brien" he suddenly went quiet and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Be cautious.

Very good product and communication
They helped me compare alternative quotes and products in the market. Advised me on a system that would actually work for my goals and house.

Our experience with Samso energy has…
Our experience with Samso energy has been very erratic! From contradicting information to none existence communication. The contractors that turned up to do the work were the only ones holding it together and we didn’t even know when they were coming. We had to chase the office team at every turn but they hounded us for payment when the job wasn’t even complete.

Outstanding service
From my very first call with the sales team to the final check-in after installation, I couldn’t fault the company, their staff, or the product.
My home came with a few non-standard challenges, but thanks to the team’s expertise and support, we worked through them quickly and smoothly. The information I was given about expected solar output was clear and importantly completely accurate.
Although the company is relatively young, you wouldn’t know it from the experience. The staff are true professionals, and the quality of both service and product has been outstanding.
