A extremely professional and friendly service from the start to the completion. Our Hampton studio is beautiful we are over the moon with it, it fits perfectly with our new home and garden. Sam was so helpful and arranged for the manufacture and delivery so quickly. The build team Ant and Ben were amazing, they worked together brilliantly, seven hours after they arrived the studio was finished and spotlessly clean.

We had a great experience with Sanctum - particularly around the installation day and their competence and quality work.
Despite the distance (we live in Scotland), the company was able to thoroughly prepare the order and fitting with us virtually so we had no concerns.

Very professional process. Arranged and installed as planned without issues. High quality installation. Installation team very good at what they do, well rehearsed, friendly and efficient, finishing the studio in a day and a half. Happy with all aspects from initial planning to final install.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my new studio or the whole experience from start to finish. Everyone has been absolutely lovely to deal with, incredibly helpful and endlessly patient while I worked out exactly what I wanted! The customer service made personalising the studio so easy, and the waiting time from ordering to installation was surprisingly short.

The installation itself took less than two days and the guys who came to build it were brilliant. They were friendly, polite, tidy and really respectful of our home and garden. They even helped me move some very heavy furniture into the studio once they’d finished, which was completely above and beyond and so appreciated.

The finished studio is absolutely beautiful and I’m thrilled with it. I genuinely couldn’t recommend the whole team highly enough. Thank you! ♥️

We are really pleased with our garden room. From initial survey to installation the process was quick and informative. We found the pricing to be competitive and had several choices of how to configure the space. You wouldn't know the installation team had been as they kept the garden and surrounding areas spotless. The finished product is 1st class.

We have been really pleased with our Hampton Studio since purchasing it 3 years it given us much use for both working in and as an extra area to sit and chill with friends. We have been really impressed with the customer service both during the installation and more recently when Sanctum Gardens offered to come out and help fix the door which had a minor issue that we couldn't resolve. Nothing has been a bother or too much trouble for them :)

We were impressed with Sanctum throughout the purchase of our Hampton Vista Studio. Excellent website, friendly and responsive staff, fair and reasonable terms and conditions, delivery and assembly on time, clean and tidy site, helpful advice on future maintenance, etc. Clearly, a well organised, experienced and motivated team. We are delighted with our studio, exactly what we had hoped for. It is attractive, functional, and very good value for money. Our grateful thanks to everyone at Sanctum.

We ordered both a QuadPod and a Hampton Studio, with some customisations. The entire process from start to finish was excellent, good communication and the build was finished even faster than expected. Great job by all the team in the office and Ben and Antony on the build.

At an early stage we were told when every stage of the work was being done and the dates were strictly adhered which was much appreciated by ourselves. The build team were extremely prompt in attending and were very polite, nice guys and any questions that we had regarding the work were clearly and consisely answered.
We could not fault Sanctum in any way, and are extremely pleased with our studio. We would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a garden room/home office etc.

I recently had a Contemporary Overhang garden office (4.2m x 3m) installed by Sanctum Garden Studios and I was really impressed with the entire experience.
After extensive research comparing multiple garden office companies, I chose Sanctum based on their impeccable reviews, seeing an existing installation first hand, proximity to my location in Lancashire, and competitive pricing.
The installation team were outstanding, true craftsmen who took genuine pride in their work. They were friendly, professional, and completed the entire installation in under 2 days, which was remarkable given the quality of the finish. The Western Red Cedar cladding looks absolutely fantastic, and the internal fit and finish is exemplary throughout.
As a Chartered Engineer in the Construction Industry, I have high standards for construction quality and attention to detail. Sanctum exceeded my expectations. The building is really well constructed and built to last.
From initial consultation through to completion, their communication and customer service was first-class.
The positive reviews I read about Sanctum before ordering were definitely not wrong. I would recommend Sanctum Garden Studios without hesitation and if I moved house would purchase another myself.

From start to finish the service has been excellent! Answering any questions I had on the way and keeping in contact with me through out.
