We had our contemporary cubed studio delivered and installed by Sanctum on September 9th & 10th this year and couldn't be happier with it. Every member of the team we interacted with was incredibly helpful, from the start of the process with our many questions via email, to the installation and talking things through. We would definitely recommend Sanctum to anyone looking at getting an outhouse installed.

After researching Garden Room companies I came across Sanctum Garden Studies. Excellent reviews and the opportunity to view a Studio built locally, I chose this company.

Sanctum's service was excellent. Great communication lines when ordering, sensible advice and easy to do. Once ordered the fitting team did a great job and were a great representation of Sanctum.

The Garden Studio is high quality at a reasonable price. I'm using as an additional sitting room, with a small workstation (for office work). It's perfect work what we need.

Our studio was installed last year and has been such a useful space. Everything was super easy. The friendly team came and installed it within a couple of hours. All we needed to do was clear a flat area at the bottom of the garden. Communication was very good from the start and continued after installation.

The Sanctum team are amazing...so friendly and helpful, and their workmanship, care and attention to detail is exceptional.
They are local to us, but I know they're in demand all over the country and we would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about installing a "room" in their garden.

Sanctum Garden Studios were professional from start to finish. They delivered a stunning space with top-quality craftsmanship and excellent service throughout. I couldn’t be happier – highly recommended!

From start to finish, we were kept informed and the studio was up and usable within half a day. The professional, friendly, and knowledgeable team worked efficiently, even in the challenging conditions of January when the ground was boggy. They automatically laid out tarpaulin with boards on top to minimise the churning of the ground, which was greatly appreciated.

We love our garden room, which has been multifunctional over the years and still looks brand new! We highly recommend Sanctum Garden Studios – their professionalism and quality are truly rare.

I had a contemporary overhang studio installed in my garden. We are based on the Isle of Wight and often face difficulties from companies who don’t want to travel there. Sanctum Garden Studios had no problem with us not being on the mainland. Jack and his team stayed at nearby B&B and were incredibly friendly and hard working. They had installed our studio within a day and a half and it looks fantastic! We use it as an office/den/lounge and occasional extra bedroom with our sofa bed when other people come and stay. I’d definitely recommend Sanctum - they are really worth the money.

Absolutely top quality in building materials and construction. Value for money was excellent and the job was finished in a day and a half. The only thing I would change on my own studio would be to add a window instead of one of my two doors. The reason for this is purely because it is so well insulated the inside temperature can get very high with the doors closed. I would also recommend adding a small infra red panel heater for winter use. This has been a fantastic addition to our home.

A thoroughly professional job from start to finish.
Initially, we visited the premises in Chorley to find a busy, well organised workshop with friendly & knowledgeable staff.

Following a home visit by the Technical Director we agreed the detailed specification, delivery & price.

Having checked out a couple of other suppliers, we opted for Sanctum. Work started as planned & the Garden Studio was installed without delay by the hard working, professional & friendly team on site.

In addition to the manufacture & installation, Sanctum was able to put us in touch with a contact to dismantle & remove the existing Summerhouse; and also with an electrician who connected the power supply & fully tested the circuits.

Sanctum Garden Studios and all their staff were a real pleasure to deal with; from the design right through to the installation. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and I now have a dedicated art studio which I will enjoy for many years. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Sanctum were in and out in a day and a half (after the ground had been levelled by a landscaper).

I was concerned as to whether they’d have enough access to the garden as it can only be reached through a garage that has a regular sized door on the back. Turns out that’s all they needed - just a good straight run.

Absolutely fantastic experience throughout. I researched many companies and Sanctum ticked all the boxes in terms of what specs I wanted, installation and price. Very quick, helpful replies to all of my queries whilst planning. The two guys arrived on time and built the studio in around 6 hours, and in the pouring rain!
I couldn’t be happier with it. Working in the garden is absolutely brilliant! It’s given us so much more space in the house now and I highly recommend it over a costly extension.
I had some emails with a few questions after it was built and the whole team were very helpful.
