Disgraceful business. I ordered a handcrafted bag from their website. In the photos, the bag appeared padded/quilted. The bag that arrived was flat, printed and poorly machine crafted. I rejected the bag as not being the same as what was ordered. Then began a protracted exchange as they sought to rely on their Returns Policy that the buyer must pay to return the item to Asia. I refused and repeated, message after message, that their Returns Policy was not relevant. They had not sent the bag I ordered. I wasn’t returning it unless they paid for it to be returned. That bag belonged to them, not me. They offered a 15% discount, then 20%. I repeated the same point. The contract we had was breached by them. I rejected what they had sent. Then, today, 30 July 2026, I received a full refund. It seems their business model is to send an inferior product, then tell the consumer they must return it for a refund and offer a minor refund against the apparent inconvenience of sending the item back. The bag I ordered looked lovely. The bag I received was utter rubbish by comparison. Please do not buy from this business. If you do receive an inferior item, reject it and refuse any offer of settlement other than a full refund. They refunded me.

This is a complete scam. I waited a couple of weeks for a cheap nasty bag. It's cheap rubbish from China with garish colours and doesn't even stand up independently. The padding is very thin. So disappointed and ripped off.

Wish I had read these reviews before placing my order, its a scam, quality okay but not worth the money, thought I was ordering a UK based handmade product - waited a considerable time for a bag made in China! No label inside bag, ordered as a birthday gift for a friend who lives in Italy who loves all things British but this bag certainly isn't. Not worth the agravation of even trying to return with exorbitant postage costs! Save your money DO NOT BUY

Extremely disappointed. Ordered bag from what Ivthought was Sarah Cambridge handcrafted bags. Looked at the tracking label and realised it's coming from China!!! Now checked trustpilot to find other poor reviews

What didn't go wrong???? Web site lured me in with supposedly Handcrafted Bags. Now I know these are ai generated pictures thanks to my granddaughters. The website looked British, it didn't say they were based in Asia. Shipping was delayed massively and the emails seemed automated responses. What came was a huge disappointment, I knew it as soon as I saw the packaging. Thin tacky plastic material, no quilting or hand stitching, just poor stitching and something you'd buy in a market. I am very shocked. They said I can ship it back to Asia but it will take 3-4 weeks for a refund?? No wonder why it's closed down and now other websites are using the same pictures. SCAM!!

Website/excellent very tempting. Showing beautiful design, and describing bags polycotton soft to touch and quilted. I waited patiently, having to email see why late.?
When arrived in cheap plastic mail bag i knew i had been scammed.
The bag was waterproof plastic...yes did have the picture of dogs on......but looked cheap and tacky. I thought this genuine British company. The pictures looked like excellent quality bags..hand quilted. Yes reduced from £114 to £34.99.
Returns u have get in touch and they will give u address to return to ASIA. Within 30 days. You have pay postage.....so u will only get about 3rd of money back.
I wonder how many others have been disappointed... No wonder they have closed down site today. Disgusting.

Scam site. Total rubbish. Nothing like the photos. Mother bought two “crystal type decanters” which turned out looking like something from a pound shop. Avoid at all costs.

Total scam. Ordered an embroidered bag with dog as memory gift for my mum. A flat printed cheap plastic bag has arrived - in fact seen same bag on other Chinese sites. Charged £40 for something elsewhere selling for £3.
Contacted for refund and they have made it impossible to return by charging almost as much for posting. Threatened legal action and they have offered 20% refund. Refused and will be trying to go through due process. They also are pretending to be handcrafted UK company whilst being in china.
Exploitative and total con artists as I imagine there will be a lot of people who won’t pursue. I don’t anticipate getting money back but hope that others see this review before they buy. Incredibly upsetting.

It's a scam I've received a plastic bag which is not embroidered it's degusting thirty five pounds for a cheap Chinese plastic bag no joy from company either I agree with the last review from a customer it is cheap plastic I thought I was seeing things it's a total scam I am really upset I have had all the emails from them but they don't care they are scamming money out of us I am so angry thos that have got a review on here that have been scammed we should all get together and sort this company out they should not get away with it they are laughing at us it's cruel unkind and they are making money out of us they should be stopped

I had the same experience as the previous review. Complete scam am still in contact with the company but don't hold any hope out for a refund without returning them at a very high cost.

Ordered a handcrafted bag/Moustache
Advert showed only a few remained and 30day money back guarantee. Bag arrived from China and was a plain bag with a picture of a dog printed on it. Contacted company and was told I could not get my money back unless I returned the bag back to China with photo of shipping receipt and tracking number at my cost. SCAM, send inferior quality bag and keep the money. shipping costs prohibitive to send item back.
