Products are not as described on the website, inferior quality and missing zips and internal pockets. They are clearly not HAND finished, obviously machine embroidery of low quality.

Rubbish arrived today . Supposed to be handmade.
I ordered one and ended up paying for two. Emailed them within 5min they said to late had been processed and to get intouch to find out how to send back.
Not wasting any more money

Absolutely rubbish nothing like the picture on website. Looks like off temu . Arrived after long time. The website looks like England but really China what a rip off

The bags I received bear no resemblance to those advertised.They are not quilted at all. The design has been printed onto thick canvas. Cheap plastic lining. Producer not keen to give me a refund. Not surprised at all that I have been asked to post them to an address in China.

Rubbish. I checked - they purport to be a uk company. So I thought ok. Like others I should have checked reviews.
At payment page this screen repeated twice : after I thought I'd already paid. Now 3 items erroneously on order.
Emailed them to cancel within 10mins, only to be advised - unable to do this..wait until delivery, then return for full refund, which does not mention up front return at your own cost..or that the address is in China.
Quality is as everyone states, utter rubbish.
I feel the automated ordering, billing procedure, without giving total to pay details (which I could have amended) is scamming customers.
My bank suggested I return the parcel, and if refund not received within 15 working days, the fraud dept will process dispute.
Postal cost..£13.50. Worth it to retrieve over £80. Still waiting.
I'm not optimistic...
AVOID this dishonest SNUGNEST UK??company at all costs.

The website shows a craft shop and pretty lady, must be fictional, as customer service is zero and apparently the goods are rubbish. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Absolute rubbish, does not look like the picture on their website. Leave this company alone.

I wish that I had researched this Company and read the reviews on this bag before ordering it.I would not have bought it.It was described as quilted and instead is a smooth material and definitely not worth £29.99.

The bag arrived after 17 days. On arrival I noted that it is not as described, it does not have a zip closure or pockets and does not look like the photo on the website which appears to be quilted. In my opinion it's a poorly constructed bag not worth the £29.95 I paid.

Do not buy. The website does not reflect the cheap tatt that you will receive. I shall attempt their returns process but don't hold out much hope. These were to be gift so I am really disappointed. Why I didn't check Trustpilot first like I usually do I don't know. Lesson learned.

My 2nd review as the 2nd bag I ordered came today. Paid £30 each for the 2 bags. Nothing like on snuggest website shabby material not fit for purpose as badly made. No zips or pockets as advertised. I asked for a returns label but returns address is China and customer has to pay. I also feel this is a scam if you return the bags. In my opinion it’s unlikely a refund would be forthcoming. I bought these as birthday presents total waste of money if I said they are like something you could pick up on a market. That would be an insult to the market. Please do not waste your money. Lesson learned

Delivery was 3 weeks and that was after sending email complaint.
Actually ended up sending 2nd email and asking for refund. I was told order would arrive. No offer of refund.
Product looks OK but not quite what I expected.

Ad states that it's a stand up alone bag Has a zip and pocket In the pictures of the bags (One of which has not even arrived )The quilting detail looks really nice Good stitches Looks really good quality What I received is a floppy bag that doesn't stand on its own Like a wet flannel I picked the pretty design of flowers and humming bird On the ad design you can't really see the stitches The stitching contrasts with the bag What I got was white computerised stitching Looks awful What a total waste of money These were to be presents How they can justify the original price I don't know Please don't waste your money Cheap Chinese tack or crap as I call the product I'm sure when I dump it at the charity shop Someone might like it They look really sturdy bags in the pictures of ladies holding them And if you look at the ladies in the pictured reviews The same lady's holding a bag but they've given her a different name

I wish I had read the reviews first. My 2 bags haven't arrived yet and now I read they are nothing like the pictures on the web. I may have to cut my losses and learn a very valuable lesson. Don't get tucked into fancy marketing.

My order has not arrived...i paid £123 for a few bags which looked lovely. Their customer service have sent me a few tracking numbers where it says " order not found" i have contacted my credit card company to get this disputed.

I bought a tote bag from snugnest and yes it was expensive £29.99 once you purchase from them there is no way of cancelling you have to wait until its delivered than try and return the tote bag isnt worth the money its not hand made if id seen it in a shop id of walked straight past it the material is like a old dressing gown its not worth the 1 star i would advise any one from buying from them

I too have been taken in by this awful company ! Though it purports to be a British company it is Chinese, and the totes are so awful!!!!! Ugly, flat, nylon and certainly NOT 3d as their fake website shows. DO NOT GO THERE !
If you ask for a refund, you get offered 30% of the purchase price or a voucher for further purchases.
Of course, the return address is in China, God only knows how much that would be, so 100% of customers just do nothing !!!!

Waited more than 2 weeks for a bag to arrive as a present for my sister.
Bag that arrived was poor quality, bore no resemblance to the 3d effect shown in the pictures. Did not have internal pockets or zipper as advertised. Very disappointed. Let's see how, or if, they deal with my request for my money back.

Took ages to arrive...ordered 4 items cost over £80...the bags are okay...but not as expected for the money...I'm disappointed to be honest...and the courier abandoned the first attempt at delivering...Heaven knows why?...Arrived on the second attempt...but very flat...I genuinely thought they would be slightly embossed...but no...flat is what they are...
