A friend recommended Sastatv to me, and after some initial hesitation, I decided to try a one-month subscription. I was impressed with the service, which led me to upgrade to a lifetime subscription.

At first, everything was great. However, after a few months, the live TV channels stopped working. I reached out to customer support multiple times through email and the "Contact Us" form, but unfortunately, I received no response. The customer service is terrible. While I can still watch movies, there are constant errors, and I believe they need to check the logs for issues with live TV. Once they get your money, it seems like you're completely ignored. In my experience, this feels like a scam.

Simply put, nothing works. Customer service is dead and unresponsive. Don't waste your money.

I would have given 0 or -ve, if there is an option. This is a scam and never purchase. I purchased life time subscription as well as the box. The service did not work after installation of 1 day. I tried to reach out the admin at sastatv.com multiple times without any success. They did not even acknowledged receiving my query. This is a rip off.

To be (little) fair with Sasta TV I bought their subscription for over $250, which worked like a charm for 2 years then I started getting messages to upgrade after every click.
I contacted them by email since they do not have a phone number, and they promptly replied that you have to buy a new box for $120. Logic they gave like you upgrade smart phone every so often you must upgrade to new box.
So I paid $120 and got a new box in June of this year and it did not work. I have been sending email but no response.
BUT they still send me all UPCOMING SALES info.

There is no customer support after product is sold despite emailing almost 10 times. No response :((((((((((((((((((((((((

I and my family used same account all of sudden now they locked my account. I saw in spam email yesterday that it is locked because shared access done but who checks spam emails. Why cant SASTA tv have ethics to atleast respond back with reasoning. I think ethics is important than anything. I tried reaching them several times and they never responded.

I have been informing everyone good so far about SASTA tv but then now it’s opposite of what I thought about it.

I wish they have better good customer service and understand customers too.

No Option to give 'Zero' star , hence giving 1 star. Worst experience, my latest experience with them was for IPL 2024. Poor streaming and one day (RCB vs CSK match) my subscription was cancelled by them. The reason they give was different IP account. I was travelling by then and was using mobile data and Hotel Wifi alternatively as the streaming was very poor. Despite the explanation no proper response from them despite multiple emails and since they just ghosted. Utterly disappointed. Would never recommend to anyone

Waste of money. This is not Sasta TV, this is just a fraud.

I retuned Sasta tv device and wanted to cancel my subscriotion 3 months ago , did not recive my refund yet .
Can someone please look into this

SASTA TV Is great works all the time customer support is very good and responsive. Content is up to date including 4k movies.
Also great for both english and hondi content.

It is the worst iptv . They have stopped services for most of the sony channels . Today was watching a movie . It stopped 10 times . Decided finally to switch off tv

Wish there was a zero star. I had a technical issue in accessing their services. Wrote them many emails but no response.
They will promptly send promotional emails but when it comes to customer service they choose to stay silent.
I dont know how long can they retain customers.
I wish i had not subscribed to yearly service.

Worst , no latest updates at all. All old content. Please don’t waste your money . Netflix series are 2 years back content

Worst service. Video on demand is not good.. live TV won't work after 5-10 minutes. No proper response after multiple request to fix the issue.

I usually dont write review unless its really really bad experience , and this company tops in that , Worst worst customer servivr , and worst video quality. Never even think of buying this service.
