I wasted money in taking lifetime as my friend said they update new movies in all languages including english and sports and all telugu tv channels. Bought it for my mom and wife. It was fine for a year and later they are no new movie updates and tv channels are with no sound or skip a day or two days. Such a nonsense. Please dont go for it. Customer support is only through emails and they hardly respond to your emails when you tell the issues.

It’s not working they never reply emails no other way to contact paid 370 dollars 3 months ago lost all money … wish I could report them somewhere

Sasta tv is one of the fraud chanel. Please don't subscribe, i bought life time subscription after 3 months no chanel updates and they never pay back your money and they will not reply to my emails. Its wasting our valuable money.

SastaTv is a fraud company do not register with it. The contents are not working.

Never had this bad experience with anything in the US. Very bad customer service. They hardly respond to any emails and it’s so frustrating to see empty episodes and sometime video keeps buffering, we just turn off the TV out of frustration. This company should not be allowed to operate in US if they can’t provide basic customer services. We asked for refund and they are not ready to give our money back.

Worst customer care, they are looting people , they are not refreshing any latest content. Worst of the worst service never recommend this to anyone.

Horrible! Don't even bother. These guys run a terrible service.

I had subscribed to the Lifietime plan back in 2021...They advertise the 4K section was ever-growing...But the last time a new english 4k movie got added was back in Jan 2022...its now July 2022.

I have left countless messages to customer support asking for a date when new films will get added but all i get after weeks is "soon"....

Sastatv support is worst ,they don’t have contact number , only way to contact them is email I’d . They won’t respond to emails.
I don’t suggest to take sasatv.
I paid life time fee 240$. Now they are not responding to my emails. Waste of time and money

I am using Sasta tv since 2015. Best tv service! I bought three boxes from them. Excellent service!

I am glad that I subscribed for the service even after I saw negative reviews everywhere. I see they have been improving their content and services in past couple years. Very happy with my subscription!
I did get email notice about sharing violation which people are talking about in the reviews here, and that was my fault and I did comply with their policy and no issues since then.. so there is a possibility, these guys with negative reviews have shared their account or violate their policy anyhow thats why their accounts are locked!
I would suggest try yourself for a month and test service before judging..

I was subscribed for lifetime when I paid them. Few years on, they blocked me from certain content. They want me to pay more for the services which was included as a lifetime subscription. I would say that better go to someone who is providing similar services for a monthly or yearly affordable amount but not this Sasta tv.

Sasta TV may have started off as value for money, but now queued up as money grabbers with terrible service. I have 2 subscriptions, but not renewing - this service is no longer fit for human consumption!
AVOID SASTA TV

Sasta TV is one of the best service provider. Through continuous updates and bug fixing their platform is now very stable. I am using it since 2015.

It's a fraud company - no channel works - i paid 200$ for lifetime subscription and then asked them for support and they never replied to fix channels. Stay Away from these scammers.
