Very Knowledgeable, polite and everything went well

Excellent installation and set up service. Explained what was needed and how it worked. Really friendly and professional. Internet speed excellent

We had our install yesterday and the experience was very good. The installer kept me informed regarding when the my would arrive and couldn’t be more helpful and considerate during the install. He went above and beyond with the setup and my parents (who’s house it was) were incredibly grateful.

Very professional, good recommendation re placement, very clean work and finished job looks great

The installation was excellent & the engineer was very professional, on time & a credit to Sat-Works..

Amazing friendly service

Perfect setup

Quick appointment. Gave a generic email with approximate time frame of 8pm -2pm, Eithan my engineer went a step further with a more specific message the day before informing between 10-12pm which i appreciated and meant I didn't need to wait around. Engineer Eithan was solid, not a jobs worth, friendly, and did a good job. Recommend Satworks happily based on my experience

Superb! Rang ahead to check we had our equipment. Was on time, and has saved me £500 a year by explaining that I didn't need the top subscription. Highly recommend.

The engineer who came to do my installation of Starlink satellite was absolutely brilliant. Not only was he kind and courteous he also had a great sense of humour. The installation at mine wasn’t easy at all and plans had to be altered many times. But there was no complaining and he was more than happy to do it. Once all the work was done, he did not just leave he made sure that everything was up and running and we were meeting the speeds necessary. 5/5. 100% Recommend.

Excellent communication, prompt appointment and efficient installation by a professional and competent technician. Thanks

Perfect communication & install
