Really easy to book and they even managed to fit us in earlier than eclectic die to a cancellation. Cam messaged 30 mins before. Professional installation, knowledgeable and friendly and boom, one hour later, it was done. Highly recommend.

Good communication to schedule the appointment and a professional installation.

I used sat-works to put a Starlink dish up at my property. I was apprehensive as me and my partner have no capacity to take time off from our jobs during the week and often we are waiting months for appointments to sort things with the house. I got in contact with sat-works about this and their customer service was amazing. They gave no promises, but made sure they would pass this on to the engineer, who text the night before to say he would be at our property just after we finished work. Richard, the installer was professional, honest, provided an excellent service and made sure we were happy with placement of the dish. I would recommend sat-works and Richard to anyone looking to have something similar done.

Very professional and explained everything along the instalation.
Friendly and down to earth, he even played with the dogs (he didnt have much choice with my lot pestering him) even they were very comfortable with him (they eventually gave in and slept a few hours after)

Moving to the sticks with zero signal it has made our connection to the world easier.

The installation was done by Ryan who was an exceptionally polite and professional man. He took his time to ensure that all of my devices worked and were converted to Starlink. The service I have received has been second to none I would give Starlink a 10 out of 10 for their quality of service

Company were quick to communicate with, and scheduling an appointment was done with ease.
Engineer messaged the evening before with a time slot and the fitting was carried out professionally, cleanly and with incredible diligence!

Helpful honest constructive engineer

Mark who came to install the equipment was absolutely amazing. My husband had just had his knee replaced and he couldn’t have been more patient with him while he was waffling on to him. Absolutely fantastic work x

The installation team were on time, kept us updated of when they would arrive and very professional with the Starlink installation. The bracket, satellite and cable unit was all neatly done, no mess and very respectful to our property.

I would be happy to use this team again.

Ordered a Starlink kit and paid for professional installation. Sat-works are their agents and arranged an appointment. Unfortunately on the day, the kit sent by Starlink ommitted the router when the kit box was opened. So the dish and cable were only able to be installed by their engineers.

Starlink then sent the router a few days later, but it was not giving a good enough signal. So they sent a new cable and bigger router. star-works revisited and finished the install.

Great communications throughout and a very professional install.

On time, polite and did the job as requested.

Would absolutely recommend Starlink, being out in the country side we had no end of problems with trying to get WiFi, but now with Starlink it's just brilliant 👏
