I received my sana box pulse pro $799…
I received my sana box pulse pro $799 and my accessory kit $249 last Thursday 11/20/25. The accessory kit showed up missing items. I immediately emailed customer service and got the standard we will get back to you in 24-48 hours. I then began to assemble the sauna box. Easy to assemble ans only to took about 20 min. Once I plugged it in it tripped the breaker in the garage. I then took it in the house and tried it on 8 different outlets. Same thing happened. I then sent a second email to customer service, same standard message 24-48 to respond. By Sunday and still no response I figured it was probably best just to return it. I followed the process to return the items and get a return label and I received a error message saying it was unable to send the label and to contact customer service. So I sent my 4th email requesting help with the label. I have only received one response and that was to my original email, saying they would look into the missing items and get back with me. That's been over 48 hours ago and still no response for the other 3 emails. Zero help from this company, buyer beware. Once they have your money, they don't care.

Bought a Sauna tent about a year ago
Bought a Sauna tent about a year ago. The heating unit stopped working. I immediately emailed the company with my original order confirmation email. They asked a few questions, asked for a few easy to provide pictures and videos. Within several hours of me emailing them, I was notified a new unit was being shipped out to arrive within a few days. I understand shit can go wrong, but instead of dodging me, they interacted with me directly and made it right. With this type of service, I will no doubt have no worries buying their products again in the future! Honestly, I wish more customer experiences issues were this nice and easy!

Water steamer malfunctioned…
Water steamer malfunctioned this morning, reached out to SaunaBox customer service and they had a replacement unit shipped out to me the same afternoon. Unit was under warranty and the responsiveness and turnaround were incredible. Thank you SaunaBox!

Saunabox Pulse Pro (Not as Advertised/Malfunction)
I purchased the Saunabox Pulse Pro in August, 2025 and it hasn't worked properly since I bought it. The remote control doesn't work and thus the unit won't power up properly. The only way it works is if you unplug the unit everytime, for some reason. Also, it only goes up to 130 degrees F, well short of the advertised 160 degrees F. I mentioned the Temp issue with customer service and they said sometimes the Temp varies... What?!
They sent me a replacement part (Replacement Pulse Control Box) and it still doesn't work. Again, you have to unplug the unit from the wall to get it to properly turn on and function. However, now the temperature only goes up to 115 degrees F.
If I could do it all over again, I would have kept my money and never done business with this company.
The parts and product are low quality and don't work as advertised. The customer service is terrible. I think it took 30 days to get the replacement part sent to me, and it still didn't fix the problem. And now the Temp is lower than before, 115 degrees F, Max.

Wonderful product! I love it, but the boiler did go out on me and they sending me a new system !!! The costomer service was very helpful and speedy!

I firmly believe in this product ! The sauna completes my home gym and it’s been my best purchase ever! It gets really hot and does what it’s intended to do!
I did have an issue with the steamer but one email and customer support was all over and ensure the issue was resolved and I’m extremely happy with the product and support !!

SaunaBox contacted me after I published the review below and sent a replacement mat, which I received today. They did apologize for never responding to my emails. Upgraded to 4 stars from original 2 stars review.
Original Review:
I went with the SaunaBox Pulse Pro sauna because it is the only one of its kind I could find: a larger, portable unit that gets hotter than the little ones. I purchased it from Diick's Sporting Goods. So far as functionality, it seems to work great after having it two weeks. It gets quite hot (I have a calibrated kitchen thermometer that reached 155F, so very close to the advertised temp) and I like the space, in comparison with my previous sauna (the kind you stick your head out of). There was an initial chemical smell, but that has almost completely dissipated now.
HOWEVER, the mat it came with had quite a large crack and I've tried reaching out to the company a few different times over the past few weeks and had zero response, except for an automated email saying they will get back to me within 48 hours. I have also tried reaching out on Facebook with no response. There is no other contact information that I can find. Because of this, I would not recommend this product to anyone, since there are a lot of parts that can malfunction or break on this sauna and no way to receive any support. I enjoy the sauna, but am actually debating returning it because of this glaring issue. For the price point, the customer service should be much, much better (or at least exist).

Purchased the insulated cold plunge and…
Purchased the insulated cold plunge and basic steam sauna combo. The cold plunge arrived with a leak. Upon reporting for warranty replacement, the company wanted me to "video" a slowish leak. Still a rate of a gallon+ in an hour. Now the sauna stopped working just over a year after purchase. Cheap products marketed as premium.
This was a complete waste of money
This was a complete waste of money. The product showed up broken, and when I contacted customer service, they were completely unhelpful. Instead of fixing the problem, they gave me the runaround and now they’re just ignoring me altogether.
It’s unacceptable to sell defective products and then refuse to stand behind them. The lack of responsibility and support is shocking. I’m beyond frustrated and will never buy from this company again. Buyers beware.

First Day: 45-Minute Session (plus ~15 minutes setup) Wow.
First off, I love a steam room. I used to pay for an Equinox membership on the UWS just to use their steam room. They renovated forever and it was too long, so I ended my membership and never steamed again. Then COVID hit, public water amenities shut down, and I’ve been missing it ever since.
I got this as a birthday present and was so excited. It arrived on the first day of my weekend, and I waited until after some chores to set it up.
The Brochure:
It’s long, with lots of graphics—could definitely be condensed. Main takeaways:
Use distilled water only.
Preheat for ~20 minutes.
It starts at level 5 (the default when you press power).
Recommended session is 45 minutes (preset).
Don’t put the steam output under the chair.
Clean after use and allow a 45-minute cool-down.
The connector through the wall didn’t look like the picture—it stuck out more. I loosened the larger bolt so the fabric had more give. I placed the steam output inside, at the top half of the “S” on the matt and kept a straight line to the steam machine’s top. Didn’t want any curves
I preheated for ~10 minutes, saw the window fog up, and went in. A few pointers:
Building the Frame:
Start with the base, then slide the cover on after zipping the entire door open.
Build upwards—it was pretty easy.
At the end, pull the roof cover far enough forward to fit over the front of the frame.
Some zippers stretched a bit too much for my liking, so pulling the cover tighter over the frame helped keep them more relaxed.
Getting Comfortable Quickly:
I added a few drops of essential oil to the steam output—so nice.
I sat with my legs spread open, each leg outside the chair's left/right leg. The steam output gives off heat, so avoid direct contact with skin, your chair, and cover slip
After ~10 minutes I felt totally relaxed.
I even stood up mid-session by closing the chair/lean it against the rear frame pole. I stretched. Im 5’11”. I had enough space to stretch side to side with bent elbows.
Things I Loved:
No app required: just hit power, let it preheat, and jump in.
The towel hook is clutch—I didn’t think it’d be useful, but it’s perfect for grabbing a face towel.
I stayed in about 10 minutes my first round (I expected to last 20), but it gradually got warmer, which was nice.
After cooling down 10 minutes, I jumped back in. Loved it until I couldn’t take the heat anymore.
I used my personal red light in the bathroom—it paired well with the steam. Not cloudy, but definitely steamy!
Cleaning:
Waited ~30 minutes, unzipped the front/left frame wall and used a fan to air it out.
I used fabric-safe cleaner, Chemical Guys Upholstery Citrus with water/bowl/rag. Wiped the walls, ceiling, and base/floor.
Don’t forget behind the bottom frame poles—lots of water collects there.
Airing out the mat was easy—fold it like a taco, then fold the sides in.
Waited a full 45 minutes before opening the steam machine top so it could cool overnight.
Water Usage:
After a 45-minute session, the tank was about half full—so less than a gallon per two sessions.
Final Thoughts:
Would recommend to anyone. I finally get to relax at home—it’s wonderful.
Avoid Sauna Box at all costs
Avoid Sauna Box at all costs. Their products, customer service, and overall lack of accountability are nothing short of infuriating. I purchased both a chiller and a cold plunge, and almost immediately ran into problems with both.
The chiller I ordered came with the ozone feature, which failed almost right out of the box. I had to escalate the issue through the Better Business Bureau just to get a response from this company. Only then did they send me a replacement—yet unbelievably, the “new” unit had the exact same defect. After I reported it, Sauna Box completely ignored me. No returned calls, no emails, no resolution.
As if that wasn’t enough, the cold plunge itself began leaking from the lower valve, making it completely useless. So here I am, out $1,600, with no working cold plunge and a chiller that never functioned properly.
This company does not stand behind its products, does not care about its customers, and should be avoided at all costs. Sauna Box is a textbook example of how not to run a business.

Loved my Saunabox that I recieved as a Christmas gift this past Christmas. Used it several times a week. However the steam box. Just stopped steaming. The longevity of the steam pot isn't very dependable. Because I recieved as Christmas gift and do not have physical reciept customer service couldn't help. I just ordered an after market steam pot, for a third of the price as a steambox replacement. I understand customer service stance but very disappointed in the quality of the steam pot.

I have been an affiliate partner for SAUNA BOX and have earned legitimate commissions that have not been paid out. And, My affiliate account was deleted without any prior notice or explanation. They owe me over $600 but have no intention of paying me back!!! I advise anyone thinking of buying from them to reconsider, as this brand is a scam and unreliable!

Customer service is absolutely…
Customer service is absolutely terrible. Their shipping policy published on their website states 1-3 business days of processing of shipment. It's now 5 business days and my order still hasn't shipped. Reached out to customer service and they stated it takes 3-5 business days to ship which is contradictory to their own shipping policy. Tried to mention their shipping policy and the extreme delay from their own policy to customer service and all they did was link me to the same shipping policy.
If customer service is already terrible, I find it hard that getting customer service to support this product if anything happens will be able to do anything.
