I rarely leave any reviews, but Saunacloud by far exceeded my expectations in therms of their care for their clients. We got a custom sauna made by them and had to make so many changes to the project, that was causing a significant delays, but saunacloud team made it all possible for us to finish the project on time and coordinated all deliveries to accommodate our schedule and a handyman. Nowadays it’s rare that people show care, but you guys truly deserve five stars and now we can enjoy our beautiful sauna. Thank you.

My SaunaCloud infrared sauna has been a great investment during a difficult time in my life. When dealing with stress and a persistent shoulder injury, I chose them because Chris actually took time to help me find the right solution for my space.

Sauna Cloud requires 100% payment up front which we provided. However, three separate times they sent incorrect wood cuts and wood grains that took more than 2 months to get corrected which delayed our installation and added costs to the sauna build of $1500. The owner is a lousy businessman who doesn’t return calls and hides behind his team.

custom built a 2 person cedar sauna for my wife and i and the support from sauna cloud was excellent, especially on the electrical components. everything showed up as scheduled and we are now designing another one for our ski home. highly recommend them.

For my selection and development of preferences, I did a ton of research, trials, and discussions with different brand offerings before deciding on the Sanctuary 1. I had been using a friend’s who also bought a Sanctuary 2 from Chris and referred me. Chris was super helpful and commutative in the process to dial me in. I even spoke with his dad who’s a veteran and works with Chris. Thank you for your service!

I can't tell you how much I love my custom infrared sauna. Sauna Cloud really did their best to work with me over 9 months to convert my very room into a beautiful diy infrared sauna that my husband built. We use it everyday and I love how my skin feels. Sauna cloud has been amazing to work with. They have been extremely patient and non pushy over the course of two years during our new construction. They worked very well with my very demanding architect and (much nicer) contractor. Chris and Allan were able to design a custom flip bench sauna design so I can do hot yoga on the floor when I want. It really is the coolest thing ever as I can easily flip the bench when I want and even the floor is heated. I feel amazing I couldn’t be happier with my sauna and experience with Sauna cloud
