We absolutely LOVE our Sanctuary 2 Sauna and very happy we chose to purchase it from Saunacloud!

It took me a month looking at different Saunas before I decided I wanted a Clearlight Sauna. I called around to different Clearlight retailers when I came acrossed Sauna Cloud. I spoke with Chris who's very knowledgeable about all the different Clearlight products. He was helpful and able to answer all my questions which helped me decide on the right Sauna for myself. He was honest and fair. His white glove delivery was awesome! His 2 guys came with the Sauna, set it up in 45 minutes and took all the trash with them! They clearly had a lot of experience. I love my Sanctionary 2. I use it twice a day morning and night. I can feel the benefits and wouldn't go without ever again. I would recommend Sauna Cloud and would gladly make this purchase again. We could not be happier with our sauna or our experience with Chris. We truly felt like he was honest and forthright with the entire experience and directing us toward the sauna that best fit our needs. It felt like he cared more about us and why would benefit our health than the “sale.” It was great to have such a personal experience and feeling like someone cared especially in this day and age. While I could write forever about the sauna that Christopher helped me order, I want to use this platform to describe the process of working with Christopher and his company, Sauna Cloud. Using the internet for a larger-than-usual purchase created some anxiety for me. Wondering about the quality, having questions answered, and feeling comfortable with pulling the trigger were originally sources of stress. This changed when I found Christopher. He talked me through everything and was, on more than one occasion, very honest about the similarities and differences between products. So honest, that it actually helped me decide on a less-expensive model than the one he knew I was originally looking at. With the pandemic in full gear, Christopher was communicative the whole way. He did not disappear after the order was made. He did not take the money and run. He provided updates the entire time and made sure I was informed on the shipping process and if I had any questions along the way. I have had my sauna for almost two months and I love the time I can retreat into it. Christopher helped make this happen. Sauna Cloud came through and I would highly recommend both to anyone looking for a company to buy from. You will not be let down.

For the product, I purchased the Clearlight Sanctuary 3. Everything so far has been great! It shipped and arrived in very good shape. The product took two of us about 90 minutes to assemble. The speakers in the sauna sound great and connect quickly to my iPhone via BlueTooth. I have not tried the aux plug-in function yet, but there isn't really a need with the wireless. The unit heats up really quickly and I am sweating really well in 15 minutes! For almost a year I had really been missing my post-workout sauna sits at my local gym. Now I have this at home, whenever I want! I am not the type of person to usually spend on a large purchase like this, but it was SOOOO worth it. I would highly recommend Christopher and his company Sauna Cloud. The Sanctuary 3 has been getting daily use and one of these days I will get some proper sauna towels. While the product came in good shape, I really am happy to know that buying through Christopher ensured a top-rate warranty. I know that if I ever need to use this service, Christopher will make quick work of this and take care of everything.
