Will not pay back your credit and will ignore all your messages
We rented an apartment managed by savills in Amsterdam. In October 2025 we received a credit note related to service costs paid in 2024. Ever since, I have been trying to contact them so that they pay the credit they owe me.
In the beginning they said the financial department was looking into it, but quickly after they started ignoring and avoiding all my emails and phone calls. I haven't heard anything from them in weeks despite my repetitive attempts at reaching them.
