Melissa was truly amazing handling my questions and queries, I came off the phone call in a much better head space and she made my day.

Took out a loan with Savvy in 2025 which was repaid and then they allowed me to take out a loan straight away which has just been repaid. Just put through an unaffordable lending claim as they do not carry out credit checks as if they did they would of seen that I was in debt. They do not follow the fca rules and guidelines and should not be allowed to carry on trading. They are legalised robbers who prey on the vulnerable and do not like if you want to repay your debt early. They declined my 3rd application stating my credit didn't pass the check. So why wasn't the 1st or 2nd loan get declined as my credit score was bad then also. I put through a complaint which I'm waiting for a response and gave them an 8 week tineframe to respond then I will go to the Financial Ombudsman for final determination.

Applied for a loan. Taken through the process by Napita who explained everything well. Offered a loan at an affordable rate. Money to be in account within 2hrs.

The staff are not helpful and rude. There was no clear information on application and should provide information after all the application is completed. The customer have the right to better service then this

Was told I was declined because I said I would be able to settle the loan early.

A first for any company I’ve dealt with. Would make more sense to rather just be told I’d been declined based on credit score.

I was pre-approved for a loan for help to cover the costs of my Grandsons funeral.
I called Savvy back as I missed their call due to working. I INSTANTLY spoke with Amesha. I didn't even have to wait in a queue or anything.

Amesha was extremely polite and very compassionate concerning my situation and extended her condolences to my family. This made the interaction feel very personal to me. Amesha explained everything fully and in detail and asked me to relay things back to her making sure that I understood fully. She ensured that the loan was right for me and that I was able to comfortably afford the monthly repayments.
This is the first time that I have used Savvy and would not have used them had it not been for my Grandsons funeral, but what a great experience talking with Amesha. A true credit to this company and very understanding, polite and helpful.
