Phishing scam
Led me on for 4 days over BH weekend, spent hours on and off the phone during checks, only for them to make up a loan of £98 which was preventing me getting a loan despite the approval. No idea what loan of £98 they mean as I have checked everything and nothing matches.
Suspect them of being a scam, phishing for information likely.

DO NOT apply for a loan here …. extremely unprofessional experience.
I had a phone call with a representative who was difficult to understand, and during the call she was laughing and talking with people in the background while discussing my credit history. It felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I’ll be reporting this directly, but I’d strongly advise others to be cautious. Don’t rely on the overly positive reviews. my experience was completely different.
