Very bad communication especially when you are trying to dispute a claim. If a claim is filed against you they just give the money to the landlord or property management without review the documentation sent to Rhino.

LMAO This company is one of the largest scams going. You get absolutely nothing in return for your monthly payment. When you move out of a rental, Rhino just forwards the amount the landlord wants to you directly. The thousands you paid in monthly premiums do not go towards the amount they forward onto you, at all. Scam! Run from this company.

terrible company for property managers. Terrible service. No answers from their reps. They will ask you to provide supporting documents or screenshots for the issue you are inquiring about. Then they will go silent, and when you follow up they will tell you again to send a screenshot so they know what you are referring to and again go silent. Ive been stuck in this loop for weeks with them and they have then responded saying i "refused" to give them the information. Then I will forward the clear screenshots Ive provided and then again silence until you follow up and then again they have no idea what you are referring to. GASLIGHTING. The Guarantors is amazing, no one should have to put up with this service.

RHINO’s claim is they’ll be a lease guarantor. Not true. I was denied at my apt. management company after filling out an app. I was then told by management to go through RHINO to get help. I filled out the questionnaire & was told NO! I used RHINO because my son won’t be a co-signer on my lease but he’ll still make sure he’s helping to pay rent. What a fake RHINO is!

I moved out of my apartment a year ago and just noticed I was being g charged 100 for rhino insurnace on a apartment I no longer lived at I never signed a lease agreement. Most likely will be going toa. Lawyer as they do not respond to email or calls

I moved out of the apartment and ended up being charged for another full year of the insurance even though I canceled it! You're better off paying the security deposit to the rental company than going with this bunch of crooks.

Easy access to portal. Very well explained. Great app to use to have in phone.

Good Luck getting anyone to help you. I emailed them over five times with no answer. We have to pay again every year, and this year, it's $600 more than the past two years with no explanation. This is ridiculous.

Good communication

In 2023, Rhino played an essential role in my perfect love story. After reconnecting on my birthday ten years, my college sweetheart and I decided we wanted to shorten the distance between us and relocate to a new city and state. Although we saved and prepared for what felt like forever, we were hit with a curve ball along the way. Due to our credit, the perfect townhome we found would not accept us moving in without a month in advance deposit of nearly $1800. This completely threw us for a curve as we almost had to postpone our move and put a pause on what we worked so hard towards. Luckily, our leasing agent told us about Rhino and how the company may be able to help with this matter. Rhino allowed us to pay a small fraction and a week later, we were traveling from California to Kansas City, MO. We will forever be grateful for the assistance Rhino provided us to help make our fairytale possible. Now after a year later, I am happy to say we are engaged and planning our wedding. Thank you, Rhino!

I never knew about this product/service until it was offered by my rental management at the Terraces of Elk Grove and much easier on the wallet than coming up with a deposit and however many months are required. Grace and Caitlyn @ Rhino customer service answered all of my questions and the website was easy to access and use.

I was in great need of help with my deposit at my new apartment I was working two jobs and still did not have enough to make the deposit I was told about Rhino quickly accepted me and help with my deposit it was a great relief I have told numerous friends about my experience with Rhino and encourage them to seek help with right now when getting a new apartment it is a great company

Easy process

Rhino has made our situation with rent doable for the past year. Their flexibility is unmatched - especially in this economy! Plus, we just had a baby a couple months ago & the flexibility has been wonderful due to our limited income during that time. Rhino is a true blessing!

Love that it helped me when I needed it the most.
