Could have been better at creating summarized slides of information rather than copying and pasting from the textbook. Would have liked for more information on how questions may be asked and if the teacher could provide additional questions on areas where people struggled. Course was good and teacher was friendly. Value for money and quick responses.

I had the opportunity to participate in a 3-day training, Introduction to Insurance, with Mr McMillan. The course was highly informative and comprehensive, providing a strong foundation in the fundamentals of insurance. The content was clear, well-structured, and easy to follow. Mr. McMillan delivered the sessions professionally and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the subject matter. Overall, it was a valuable and well-executed learning experience.

A well constructed and detailed course. The instructor had excellent presentation skills and combined theoretical subjects with real world observations. Overall, I would say that this course holds great value for anyone interested.

I attended the last session and was enthralled by all the presentations, they were very informative and succinct given the time constraints. Particularly though, I was taken in by the risk management presentation. I did not know how critical it was to the life and success of an organization. I enjoyed my short time during the last meeting.
