I called SBS first thing in the morning with an underground drain blockage somewhere between the rear door and the main sewer. Being uncertain of the precise path of the drains or their condition, I was also keen to have the drains inspected by cctv. Within a few hours SBS were outside the house. Having identified the section of drain causing the problem, they located 2 partial blockages and a separate root problem that in itself would eventually have caused a blockage. They cleared both blockages with high pressure water jets, removed most of the roots and then used a cutter to take out the remaining bits of root. Finally they inspected the full length of the drains on two sides of the house with cctv and then cleaned the work area before leaving.

Overall, I would say I was perfectly satisfied with every aspect of their work and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We contacted SBS as a matter or urgency, we had a dreadful smell in our house, we knew it was coming from under the floor but couldn't detect where.

Dave came out later that afternoon and in no time located the problem - a very old 1970's waste pipe had cracked.

Dave explained what the problem was and that he would have to try and source Imperial size copper pipe which might be a challenge. He said that he would be back the next morning and he was with his co-worker Dave (the craic you get with these 2 is unbelievable).

Both Dave & Scott were extremely attentive, they kept us up to date at all times and to top it all off the pride they took in their work was outstanding no corners were cut, we knew that they were doing the best job we could ask for and then some.

We would highly recommend SBS for any works and would most certainly use there services again in a heartbeat. They even called us the next day to see that not only was the work they carried out ok but to check in on us also - now that is what you call exceptional service.

Absolutely brilliant service. Called at 9.18 on Saturday morning due to elderly parents and an emergency drain issue in Tain. The guys arrived before mid-day and resolved the issue quickly and fully. Dave and team were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend. Thank you SBS

SBS Ltd came out to an emergency leak. David, Andrea and Scott did an excellent job replacing a ceiling extractor fan and lights. They completed the job by painting. They also did other jobs that were needing done. Cleaning up after their work every time and keeping me informed as to when they were arriving. I can’t thank SBS Contractor Services Ltd enough for their speedy response to a blocked sewage pipe at my parents’ house. They arrived exactly on time and worked quickly to identify and fix the problem. What really stood out was that, even after the issue was resolved, they took the time to thoroughly clean up the sewage waste outside the house before leaving – going above and beyond what you’d normally expect.

I would highly recommend their services and will definitely be calling them again if needed. Thank you, David and Scott!

David and Scott came out to replace our old drainage system with a new one. They turned up when they said they would and worked like trojans on what turned out to be a difficult job. They were friendly, polite and professional. They did a good job and took care to tidy up when they had finished. Can definitely recommend them.

Guys from SBS Inverness arrived within a few hours of me phoning were very polite and friendly and knew exactly what they were doing.They unblocked outside drain which was caused by big stone blocking pipe 3 houses down.
