Your order is still processing, we aim to get orders shipped within 5-7 working days ( your order is on the 5th working dsy) after the order has been placed, during busy periods sometimes this exceeds slightly - we sincerely apologise.

Long time for a delivery and no response to email
Unfortunately, I am still awaiting a Reed diffuser I ordered as a birthday gift.
I have emailed and not had a response yet . It has been 12 days since order and not had it yet

Lack of Packageing and was for a present for a friend … it arrived in just an inner polystyrene with my address stuck to it no outer box was slightly damp from rain too as a gift I’ve had to purchase a box to put the mug in . The salt pots where quite dusty and shabby also but they where boxed

Unfortunately we do not offer a gift wrap service and your mug, salt & paper shakers would have been delivered direct by our supplier, I am unsure what you mean by lack of packaging?
