Scentbird customer service experience
Ok so on my second order one of my items was broken. I thought , "great now im going to have to buy that one again". So I emailed Scentbird, they asked me to send a photo, which I did. And the next morning I had an email saying that they would have my replacement out in the mail ASAP. I got my replacement item within a week.

I love the size of the perfume
I love the size of the perfume, it fits perfectly in my purse. Not only do they smell good good but there is so many that you can choose from. I like that at the beginning they give you a "quiz" to match what might match for you personally.
