Decent enough concept. The bleu de Chanel was accurate enough. Selection somewhat limited if you’re intl niche or unique scents. Leans heavy toward designer and mainstream.

Takes forever to get it, if you get it at all

Very disappointing experience. It took a week to get first month and then did not show up the second month for 6 weeks. When I emailed, I was told my order did not ship bc the case I had selected was out of stock. They did not send my perfume bc the case was out of stock! Ridiculous

Could not give me the reason I was charged extra when nothing was added or give me a bill print out of charges

I did not like them at all

I did not like them at all. And as of today, they still have not sent me my final scent. After they take $25 from my bank account. When it was only supposed to be in nine dollars and something a month, they upped it to twenty five. So I canceled, but I still have not received my last scent.

My son told me about Scentbird and how I can get up to date perfumes for less. I put in my free gift and order and got it in 2 weeks. I am very happy and I feel rich for the first time in my life. Thank you.

Very deceiving /Gimmick

Very deceiving , There needs to be a lot more information so people understand they are not really getting a “deal” . They are just going to pay a minimal fee and get a scent . Then billed for it in a few days after they receive it. There needs to be an easier way to cancel.

Good but long shipping time

This is my second month with it and I do enjoy it, I just wish it would ship sooner. I don’t like that I have to wait until the end of the month to it though.

Complete hassle to unsubscribe. No support phone number, only email. You also can't unsubscribe from their website - you have to email them, which apparently does not actually work to cancel the account. You apparently have to follow a link that they email you afterwards, and then decline a pile of bullshit offers before you're finally allowed the privilege to stop being charged every month.
