The worst ever!!! Ordered in December and then was charged for two more months and STILL NEVER received the order from December!!!!

The said it was sent back to sender which the tracker said it was still in the states! Plus wouldn’t refund me my $$$

I signed up for the Platinum 3 scents per month option, The best available subscription. I filled my calendar with some good options for example Roja and Xerjoff. my first box was due to ship 3 weeks later (they have specific shipping dates so i paid on 8th of month and box was due to ship on 21st). on the 22nd I contacted them for update as my box had not shipped. They responded saying 2 of my 3 scents were out of stock and they would contact me again in 7 business days. I tried to change my options so i could possibly have some of my other choices to at least get some fragrance sent to me but this has been ignored. The worst thing is even though my scents were out of stock they still issue a tracking number so in there eyes they have sent the item, which is not the case. they are quite rude via email, have refused to refund me so I dont actually think they dispatch peoples orders, i think its a scam and have spoke to my bank to pursue a chargeback, very dodgy. just dont expect scents like Roja/Xerjoff/PDM as they clearly arent able to supply these brands

The perfumes they sent me were cheap knock-offs and unwearable. when I paused my account they re-activated it without my permission and charged me for another month. When I tried to rectify the situation they were very rude and the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Do not waste your money.

My monthly subscription was marked as dispatched on January 17th, but tracking info revealed the carrier never received the package. I emailed scentbox to query in early February and my email was ignored. Followed up with another a few days later and was ignored again. A week later and I have had no response, no acknowledgement and no sign of the item I have paid for. I have now cancelled my subscription and will have to just accept the loss....

Do not use this company, I thought I'd do a lovely thing and treat my daughter to a perfume subscription whereby she would receive a different scent each month.
I paid for the first month at the beginning of January 2022 and received an email from Scentbox stating that her first scent had been dispatched on the 7th February 2022 and that it would take up to 15 business working days to arrive, 15 business working days went by and no scent had turned up so I sent an email concerning the over lapse in timescale to be told it should be with my daughter soon, it is now the 7th March 2022, a month later and we have still not received any scent.
I sent an email of complaint to Scentbox explaining all of the above and stating that I was not impressed with the company and that I'd like to cancel my subscription and receive a refund for the fragrance I have never received, to be told they were sorry I was leaving and that they don't do refunds, so I lost out on money and a fragrance.
It all sounds very suspicious to me and a scam to take money and never receive any goods. I most certainly would not recommend this company to anyone. Don't fall into the same trap as me, it was all very inviting and sounded like a lovely gift for my daughter, they were happy to take my money and they had even applied for the second months payment which I'm pleased to say was declined but had the funds been in at the time, I would've made two payments with no goods, it doesn't seem right to me that a company can operate this way. Do not use them or do so at your own risk.
