Omg i love how the scent pairs with everything i do.

I picked 3 scents for one month and they chose to send me none of what I chose i guess i got overstock. I would not recommend this site very unsatisfied will be switching to scentbird ASAP. I want to use stronger words but trying to keep my cool DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!

The perfume arrived very quickly. The packaging was very pretty, a gold parcel. With a lovely black box inside. The attomiser was very classy, and the amount of perfume was impressive. Looking forward to the next parcel to arrive.

Great selection of products, the speed of delivery wasn't that fast to be honest, and the price is a little high but for the selection I'd still consider it worth it.

Truly iconic packaging! The perfume smells amazing and true to scent! Love it so far. Site is easy to navigate and they update you every step of the way as well!

Scentbox has horrible customer service and an even worse billing system. They overcharged my card several times. Beware! Very hard to cancel.

The scents I've received thus far have been premium. However the shipping time is outrageous. Not sure yet if the scents are worth waiting for or if I should try another site.

The absolute best place to sample what would otherwise be very expensive perfume. Love them! You get your moneys worth and can keep yourself from spending and not being able to return later. I have been with them for over 2 years!

I was gifted a ScentBox 6 month package and so far I’ve had a I’ve ‘Scent-sational adventure’. It’s a great way to try different perfumes. The little atomisers have been delivered on time and the colours are lovely. Customer service is good, this month I had a small issue trying to select my choice of perfume, (I input my choice for March, inadvertently selecting it twice for it to show on April’s calendar too. I couldn’t find a way of deleting it so refreshed the page resulting in not being able to access the March calendar at all. I Emailed ScentBox Sunday asking them to amend and confirmed my choice of sample. I received a friendly response well within 24 hours, explaining I had been late submitting my choice and that the ‘default’ sample had already been dispatched, however as a goodwill gesture, they are also sending me my choice for this month. So overall I’m really happy with ScentBox customer service and all the perfumes I’ve had so far .

Do NOT recommend. Its literally all talk & bogus. You cannot cancel anytime. Its a hassle for one. No one will email you back. No one will return your call. I had to cancel and get a new card to avoid all further transactions be done. Do NOT do it!

The presentation was wonderful and the scent I ordered was excellent. I received it as a gift. I highly recommend this service as a gift that keeps on giving monthly.
I look forward already for my next scent.

I am so glad I could finally try this as I'm in UK.. I got my first one and I absolutely love it . Everything was just so perfect.. it came in lovely package and I can't wait to get my next one .. thankyou scentbox I love it 💖💖

The customer service was resistant at first but if you just explain your situation, they’ll accommodate. I got confused about the fragrance selection for 3 (you have to choose the three you want for your month across calendar 1, 2, and 3, don’t just put all of them in calendar 1!) and they sent me the other two because I didn’t have time to exchange.

Always on time. Great scents that last at least a month. Reasonable pricing. Great customer service also. My delivery got stolen they sent a replacement for free. A++
