It's a good honest company. I get to try different colognes at a fraction of the full bottle price. There was a issue with my second bottle shipping. I emailed them got a reply next morning and issue was resolved. I would definitely recommend Scentbox to friends and family.

What a clever fun brand that keeps things refreshing and beautiful.
Every time sent box is delivered, I’m very excited, just because it’s it’s lovely to not have to find my signature sent, I have realized, I don’t actually want one, I just want it to be based off from my mood the day the time.
To be really playful with it so, I’m grateful for a brand such a scent box to accommodate and to create magic in our world of smell!

I cant say much other than on the 1 product i have received, but i can say that i am very well pleased with the first scent i received and trust that the rest will open me up to more new fragrances! I picked out the masculine fragrance category, the first one i received smells rich/earthy and is honestly lasting longer than i thought with how i have been daily using the scent. Overall if you are wanting to expand your fragrance collection/knowledge i believe scentbox will help you!

I’ve now been using scent box for two months now and I love it as fits in my handbag lovely so through day I can have a spritz of perfume I’ve recommended this to family friends

Good selection of fragrances, including premium fragrances to try out at multiple events before committing an investment in a full-sized bottle. 5mL is big enough to last a few events, much more than the 1mL sample size you would get at a department store. Exchanges were easy. I wish tracking deliveries was more transparent, though.

I think this is a great model. I've always prided myself on not being the stinky kid but like most men I know, have no idea what fragrances to even consider. Scent box can help with that. You can pick from a ton of scents,most of which, for myself personally, I didnt even know existed. I've currently just received my third scent and havnt been disappointed yet. keep up the good work!

Somebody got my card info somehow, and when I proved I never signed up they would not refund me my money, for multiple months of charges.

I have a premium membership and receive 2 scents a month. They sent me 2 of the same scents one month and missed one of my requested perfumes. I called customer service, and they said next month they'll send the extra one alongside my order for the month's order. I told them I didn't want to continue the subscription for the upcoming month but they insisted the only way to resolve would be to continue the service (already a terrible solution. You can just refund one of the products if you cannot reship. In no world can you force customers to continue their membership and pay more for you to make amends for your mistake). Anyways, today I see I got charged for a platinum membership instead of a premium and called them to ask why. They said it's because I ordered 3 perfumes. I tried to explain over call, I only ordered 2 perfumes as per my subscription, and they manually added another perfume (my last month's request) to fix the previous issue. The lady on the call won't listen or understand. Straight up hung up on me, and when I recalled, hung up as soon as I gave my name.

Signed up for the cheapest deal got charger £23 pounds no reason given and will not refund stay clear of this company its from America. Has potential but not right now.

Cancelled before 1st shipment due to rude Comms from customer service to really basic, polite questions. Need to learn how to speak to customers.

Sent the wrong fragrance in the first months subscription.

The customer service is over the top! On my first order I messed up on the order, I sent an email of my concerns and they responded within 5 minutes telling me that they had already processed all three of my platinum orders but would be happy to send out the other two, including the 2 that were already processed! This company cares about the customers, and has the greatest customer service you could ask for!

From barely knowing about the company to becoming an active investor in Its product, really great in choices with perfect picks for me as I am reaching my soft girl era .

I purchased and ordered Baccarat Rouge , you charged me instead for this Basic membership , which I was not aware off and sent me instead a different perfume.

amazing customer service! So far I've had two monthly orders and seperetalely ordered small samples of different perfumes and all was great.and their perfume dispensers are gorgeous and comes in different color everytime!

I have just signed up to Scentbox for the first time. When I checked my Halifax account I had been charged 2 additional bank fees for non UK transactions. No where on their website does it state that there would be an additional cost to you via your bank for it being a USA company. Avoid as its misleading consumers

Went to edit my account and noticed my current password was shown to me in plain text. This means that they are not hashing stored passwords. Hashing is a one way process so if they did it they would have no way of displaying my password back to me. Storing passwords unhashed is extremely negligent. Even if they do not suffer a data breach, storing passwords unhashed means any of their unscrupulous employees can find out your password. If you re-use passwords this is a huge security flaw. I let their support team know and instead of acknowledging the issue they just claimed that their website has "military grade" security, thus the name and shame.

The way the website is designed is just bad, it feels like it’s from 2007. It’s misleading in the way that i went to a specific colognes page on their website and selected “0.27 oz subscription” thinking it would sign me up for the correct subscription level and have that as the first scent i received. they sent me a different scent instead and when i reached out to the customer support they blamed the issue on me and was very passive aggressive and rude. wont give a refund. just all around an awful experience and an awful company.
