Great customer service, great perfumes, super simple and easy!!

Could be amazing but it’s lacking. Many of my shipments were late, some by quite a bit. This didn’t work well for me because I didn’t have a back up. I was using this service to try to find some new scents to purchase full sizes of. I would have kept my subscription but it was beginning to get more than a little frustrating & their customer service is very hit or miss.

Huge selection of perfumes to choose from, good price and value for the amount of product you get. They make the exchange process very easy if you choose a perfume and don’t end up liking it. I work and go to school full time, so I don’t have time to go try out perfumes before I buy a large size of them and I’ve tried to buy blind, which hasn’t seemed to work out for me. I love that I don’t have to leave my house to try different ones and there’s a months supply of each one, plenty of time for me to decide if I like something enough to buy a bigger bottle.

Presentation is wonderful! Lots of amazing choices as well. The Scent Bros truly care about their customers and ask for personal feedback and how you’re enjoying your experience. I am very happy with ScentBox.

My initial experience with Scent Box has been excellent. It was easy to get started, and offered a great initial price. My wife and I got our first delivery on time, and it was great. The atomizer seemed to be of good quality, and there is a very decent amount of product. I am 40 sprays into my 125 spray claim, and it feels like there is enough left to make it right up to, or very close to the 125 sprays (30 days) advertisement. I already received an e-mail asking about our experience, and surprisingly received a reply to my response. Scent Box really does seem to be making an effort to offer a great business. I plan to continue our subscription into the future.

Second order of my subscription was late by almost two weeks and definitely isn’t Black Opium. Not worth the money. First scent was something for my husband that I wasn’t impressed by either. No way these are authentic fragrances. They smell like any perfume from any generic brand.

Absolutely ridiculous. I clicked Valaya when I first subscribed, didn’t get a notification… I emailed and they said I didn’t choose a scent. They said they will send the editors pick this month I said okay 🤷‍♀️

Mate. Tell me why I paid £7.49 for 8ml of Britney Spears fantasy when a FULL 100ML BOTTLE is £11 💀💀💀and the shipping took more than 2 weeks

What an absolute joke 😂 avoid at all costs. Use TFS or another site.

My experience with Scent Box has been so great! They respond so fast, with any concern I might have about anything. I chose a scent but realized it was in the wrong spot, but I had problems switching it and I emailed them and instantly they responded back with the problem corrected for me. Only issue I have, the delivery time. Being in Canada, takes about 2 1/2 weeks to get to me, but I signed up for notices from the USPS company, so I notified with what is going on always. And the delivery taking time is NOT Scent Box' fault at all. It's reassuring for me. First month/first order, I felt I was emailing them 2 or 3 times a week with worries that something happened to it. They told me not to worry about anything. And when my order showed up in that beautiful gold package bag and the scents, in the perfect little black box, I felt really bad for bugging them. Using their company has been phenomenal and I look forward to the many more months/years that I will be dealing with this great company!! I also received a heart felt email from the owners, Craig and Les, asking me how my experience has been and why they started, Scent Box. They were kind words and it made me feel very appreciated as a customer. Thank you so much, Craig and Les and to Scent Box. Love you, Scent Box 💗
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, SCENT BOX TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO EXPERIENCE DIFFERENT FRAGRANCES EVERY MONTH FOR THEIR LIFE PRICES!! YOU CAN GET SOME AWESOME SCENTS WHICH IS SO GREAT!!!

i hope they mae it a little more bigger, maybe around 10ml to 12ml

I freaking love this company. I have been a customer since 2021. I have never had an issue. The couple of times USPS has messed up they would resend no problem. They answer their emails quickly and super nice!!! The best company with the best selection of high end fragrances so I can live my bougie life!! The competitor can’t even come close!!! More than happy to give them all my money!!!!

Always happy, and even happier when I get to redeem my scent bucks for free perfumes.

Perfect size for purse or pocket

There is no doubt in my mind that the perfumes are authentic, shipping takes about two weeks from the time payment goes through. It is more expensive for Canadians (A premium is costing me about $35.00 a month) but the fragrances are way more than a 30 day supply if you aren't drowning yourself in perfume lol. It is a good opportunity to try different fragrances out without going to your local Sephora and bugging the staff for samples lol

I have ordered from Scentbox multiple times and never had an issue with getting my fragrance. My fragrances arrived quickly and you can get a discounted subscription if you cancel and come back to them later.

I signed up trying to get Creed aventus edp. Unfortunately, I chose the standard option and not the platinum. I was unable to upgrade it. The only option was to send them an email requesting a change. I emailed them immediately. I just got a response telling me they're sending me their monthly cologne because I missed the cutoff date to change the subscription. So now I'm unable to get the Creed unless I subscribe for another month. I don't value this company.

I love the way I smell plus it’s affordable for my budget. I will definitely recommend this to anyone.

Constant supply issues without warning. I used to LOVE this company! They weren't perfect, but the customer service was good and they were incredibly communicative. The last 6 months have been a living he&& for a perfume obsessed person like myself. He&& in that 1) they no longer ship/receive within the date frame they say or post online 2) regularly out of items but yet they are still listed on the site 3) and most recently, takes more than 1 try to reach someone to inquire about a paid for order that has not been received. Although I have gone back and forth with canceling my monthly and then restarting when they restock, I still went to them first for purchasing one-time buys. I kept giving these guys a chance but I don't think they really care about the business anymore so I will have to take my business elsewhere.
