I had an issue with a delivery and reached out to customer service. Very quickly the issue was resolved. Fantastic customer service. I also love the perfumes and cute cases they come it!!

Great customer service, and I love the travel bottles provided. It's not too small or too big, enough probably to last a month to know if I really like the perfume or not. I noticed my second bottle stopped providing shipping information, so I emailed them for an update, and they responded quickly to notify me that it got lost in transit, and sent a replacement right away. I highly recommend this subscription to explore more fragrances.

They sent me a wrong perfume mistakenly and then took all the measures right away to send me the one I requested. That's why, even after unsubscribing, I subscribed again.

I have emailed to cancel (the only way listed to cancel) THREE times with no response. So basically it’s impossible to cancel once they have your information. So DO NOT give them your information.

Representative was prompt in solving my problem and was friendly. Great company to work with.

Amazing customer service! My order seemed to have gotten lost or delayed somewhere in the mail so I reached out to the company to let them know I had not received it. They were exceptionally prompt in getting back to me and assured me they would send another one right away. I was extremely impressed with how courteous and personal they were and how quickly they responded. Based on that alone I HIGHLY recommend their service!

I received a defective product and the customer service experience was great! They were very quick and it was super easy to get my scent replaced. I love scentbox and have been a customer for over a year now and can't imagine not getting my monthly scents. I've found so many I like and a few I'm glad I didn't spend a lot of money on! Definitely worth the money!

My daughter and I absolutely love Scentbox. It's not overly expensive, and has many different choices to choose from. We enjoy getting fragrances we have been waiting wanting to try. Customer support is also awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍

The options and the staff they have are amazing always willing to help and quick to respond back plus they let me know that I had more options available to me cause I have the upgraded package and I didn’t realize that super excited to receive my next order soon

Scent box responded to my email in a timely manner and quickly reshipped an item that was lost during delivery. Excellent customer service!

The fragrance I received was very smooth....the ladies really like it....much to my significant others dismay...but she likes it as well she just doesn't want me wearing it unless we're together

I got confused about how to choose the 3 scent. I ended up with 2 random fragrance i did not want. However, i reached out to support and they resent the 2 perfume i wanted free of charge. 10/10 customer service !

I would give Sentbox 6 stars out of 5 for their customer service. I've been a customer for a couple of years now and my subscriptions always arrives on schedule(give or take a day or 2 for US Postal Service). One time I had an issue and they completely took care of it. Great company with great people!
I would recommend them to anyone!

When I placed my order for a holiday gift, it was easy to do. In a follow-up email it stated that my subscription order was being shipped, too. I both emailed the company and called them to confirm that I had not signed up for a subscription, just a one-time purchase. They responded quickly and confirmed that I only did a one-time purchase and was not subscribed to any subscription. Thank You.

Ive only received one order so far and im happy with the product. I look forward to my next shipment.

Long shipping times. Other than that, not bad.
