I ordered a scent that I thought I would never smell again! I’m so happy that I was able to find it, it is Clean Classic Cool Cotton . I decided to do a search for it, and it came on Scent Decant and I am thankful! The price was very fair and the shipping was incredibly fast!

This company has been amazing. I've been with them for 3 years and no complaints. Recently I got a sprayer and it didn't work and they sent out a replacement right away as no questions asked.

I have ordered from ScentDecant 5x now and am very, very pleased with the product and service. It takes a little time for them to process the order, but it always arrives! They provide tracking, and it is always packaged in a great, heavy-duty bubble mailer. I have also ordered from the product's "scent house" in the U.K. (their pricing and customer service are not great, given the exorbitant prices), so I am sticking with ScentDecant!!

I’ve always had great experiences with Scent Decant. They offer high-quality products at very reasonable prices, and their shipping is fast. I had an issue where my delivery was mistakenly sent back, but their customer service was excellent. They responded quickly to my request and immediately sent out a replacement order. Great prices, great service, and very reliable. I will definitely order from them again.

My order apparently went to the incorrect address for one reason or another. I e mailed the company reference this issue and the problem was promptly corrected and resent to the correct address at no additional cost to me.

The first time I ordered I it got here in 2 weeks but I only again a month ago and I think I got scammed cuz it been a month and still nothing I paid around 50$ so it’s a big risk if your gonna get scammed or not so yeah and order is still not here.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON MY PERFUME SINCE JANUARY 2 IS WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED REACH OUT TO THE ON THE 12TH STILL NOING THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD RESEND ANOTHER IT'S NOW THE 23RD OF JANUARY AND STILL NOTHING I HAVE BEEN EMAILING THEM WANTING TO KNOWCTHE THE TRACKING NUMBER WOULD NO RESPONSE THIS IS BAD BUSINESS AT THIS POINT THEY CAN GIVE ME A REFUND I DON'T EVEN WANT IT ANYMORE MY NEED TO REPORT THEM TO THE BBB DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I placed an order (forgetting to add my promo code). I tried to go back and find the purchase. However, I never received a confirmation email from them. Assuming that that order didn't go through, I went back to the web page and put the same order through, with the promo code (that says it's strictly for a first-time customers only).. with that being said, the promo code went through. Indicating that it was the first purchase I was making from the site. Then I get my credit card information where it says that I was charged twice. I tried to contact customer service to either cancel the first order or to at least put promo code for the entire purchase.... I got no response, just an email saying "thanks for your purchase".. not good customer service at all. I'll be reviewing you guys across all platforms. And I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company

Extremely good customer service! Great way to try new scents without buying one you don’t like and being stuck with it! Customer service was phenomenal with my experience! One sample was leaking/broken and without hesitation, jumped on the issue and fixed it within a day! Highly recommend!

I had placed an order for a cologne and noticed how much cheaper it was compared to the department stores. I ended up getting the wrong scent but the problem was fixed immediately as the correct one was shipped the next day. Amazing customer service!

Spectacular products and spectacular customer service. Order got lost and was replaced without incident. Always love the scents and the ability to try new products without buying the whole bottle. I also love the fact that it isn’t based on a subscription. Scent decant is the best

Amazing customer service! I had just a slight minor issue and they corrected instantly. I believe this company always goes above and beyond for every customer they have! I wish other companies can learn from them!
