Great prices, used a free shipping code. Ordered a bunch of .99 sample vials. Recieved them earlier than expected during the Christmas rush. They came v in a cute little bag!

From ordering to shipping the process was swift. The order was delivered faster than expected. There was an item missing, however, within hours of mentioning this the team got me a replacement organized to be shipped out as today is Christmas eve. Talk about amazing stuff. No hassles, no issues.

Completely inauthentic scents!!!! Do not waste your time or money. There are no refunds. I ordered five samples and they were all garbage. Smelled completely like rubbing alcohol! They were also all placed together in one small drawstring pouch, so even if they had smelled differently, there was no distinguishing the difference between them when they arrived.

After 2 of my 4 samples got broken by the mail carrier, Scent Decant stepped in and replaced the 2 broken ones based on a simple image and delivery receipt. Unexpected and unnecessary to do, but they did anyway... the sign of a fantastic customer service department. Will be a lifelong customer

For the quality/rarity of these scents the samples and bottles are priced great. The service is also quick and they are quite nice, one of my samples spilled in shipping and they had no problem sending me a replacement at no cost. The only thing I wish is that they'd package the bottles with some sort of barrier between them in case they do spill a bit or leak so they don't make the bottle smell, which can be unavoidable given that they are small and have an oily liquid inside. Still, I have bought from them multiple times and will in the future as well.
